From tall to short know exactly where everything is in this fridge freezer combo. With the gallery door and touch controls everything is at your fingertips. I've never before felt pampered by a fridge!

It very easy for my 4 year old grand son to open and get things out of it. My wife loves it because of the easy access to the freezer and being able to see what is inside of it.

Was concerned due to a few negative reviews prior to purchase but i was blown away when i was delivered and installed. This fridge is beautiful and the show case door gives it a nice sleek look.

I bought it out of the box and is working fine. Had some problems with the ice maker but the extended warranty worked well on this. Otherwise, this refrigerator is all that I always wanted.

We got this fridge for $1800 and it is amazing!! The extra door is a nice add and the fridge is very large. We love the size of the fridge. We can store extra things in the freezer and stuff.

I love the look of it - easy to use. Everything is spaced out well inside and easy to see items when full - I love the door-in-door feature I use it more than I thought I would - very happy with this product.

We got this refrigerator on 11/23/15 worse purchase ever I just hope this nightmare ends soon! Don't waste your money and your time! I got one start because they don't have -0

After purchasing the refrigerator for our new home we are so happy with it. The only downside is the ice maker doesn't make a lot of ice and is quite noisy.

We really like most features of this unit. The quick access door for small items is very nice. The door mounted water and ice dispenser is a nice feature and we use it a lot. The double tray freezer is large and items do not get buried. Only complaint is with the ice maker. In a unit this expensive you would expect it to be fairly quiet, it is not. You can always hear the ice as it is made and falls into the distribution container.

Less than 2 years old - leak from BEHIND the water/ice dispenser - not covered by protection plan because "cosmetic" - since evident of the leak is RUST (can only be fixed by replacing the door which insurance will not do). Best Buy rep is trying to get insurance to replace door, based on LEAK (not cosmetic) - fingers crossed ! Samsung fridge - a $2000 MISTAKE - will not buy another samsung appliance !

Love the open feeling when opening the doors,wished the ice maker made more ice though.

good frig except ice maker wouldn't work and took 5 weeks to fix.

We haven't had this fridge long, but I love it. It has a lot of room inside and looks great in our house. Best Buy did a great job installing it too. We are very happy with our purchase.

I think this Samsung Refrigerator fit the description of what we were looking for. Like the stainless steel look and very spacious. So far it has been a month and working great for us.

bought this fridge to be put in my new home that's being built. has a great size and functionality and look. not sure if it works properly yet though bc I haven't been able to install it

Very happy with product. Upgraded from an older side by side, and we find the amount of useable space to be remarkable by comparison

Going on 3 yrs, no real issues, must use OEM water filter as generic ones cause ice maker to frost, which is why 4star

The fridge works great. All of the features work good. The stainless shows all of the finger prints.

We purchased this fridge a few weeks ago and must say, we are both very satisfied with our purchase. Love the drink door and the room is ample for a big family. Great product!

love the front access door. would have given 5stars but when dispensing the crushed ice it flies all over the place
