I purchased this fridge while on sale just before Christmas, for what turned out to be a great price at $1,800. A few weeks later I noticed the price was more than $3,300! Although we haven't lived with it that long, so far my family loves it! Even my fourteen year old son was thrilled with its features, that speaks volumes! My wife and I love how we can easily find all the food items, with its wide French doors and bright interior lighting. The "door within a door" is a big hit with our kids too, as they can quickly reach for the milk, juice, etc., without having to open the entire fridge. About the only thing we find ourselves faulting is the small ice making bin which dispenses "baby-sized" ice cubes quite slowly. But obviously something had to be compromised to retain additional space in the fridge. So I feel it was a good trade off.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this unit. I'm impressed with how quiet it is when it's running. It's very spacious and the bright LED lights inside make it easy to locate items because everything is well lit inside. I love the door-in-door and really like how the shelf slides in and out in the door. It's the perfect spot for milk and cans with the easy access. My only complaint so far is I've noticed the water drips and I've had to take a towel to make sure the discharge dish doesn't run over. Overall, I'm impressed and very happy with the purchase.

Highlight to this fridge is definitely the exterior accessible door. Lots of room and well lit. Keeps everything at the right temp. Only drawback is it is a little noisy.

When we first bought it we received a defective one which would not close the right side of the French door. It took about 3 months to get it all taken care of with Best Buy but once we got a new one it has been great. No issues with temperatures and we get no drops from the water dispenser. Ice doesn't always come out while but that is due to it being stored for a while without anyone getting some. It has to be able to break up the ice somehow to come out. The only thing we did not like was that it makes it hard to clean it due to getting the stainless steel version.

After a month we are well pleased with this purchase. It is very spacious and adds much to our newly renovated kitchen. It does not allow much space for tall items, and the ice dispenser could be improved - ice cubes fly over the glass. All in all we are happy though!

We purchased this 2 years ago with interest free for 2 years. No problems with it at all. I love that it's super bright inside and has so much more room that our previous side by side. the only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because one door has shelves but honestly you can only fit 2-3 skinny bottles in it. (the door with the icemaker is worthless) I also find it hard to open the drawer inside the freezer unless I have both doors open. (its a drawer with in the freezer drawer) The good part is I can hide things in there from the kids because you really can't see whats in there with the fridge doors closed! The door in the door is what sold us and I believe it saves on electricity! After 2 years and 3 teens, the outside still looks like new.

Replaced our 15 y/o side by side with this fridge and we are amazed at how much more room we have to store larger items. The shelving configuration is goods as is, but we ended up taking one shelf out to make more room for taller items on the upper right side. Ice maker works great and serves our small family needs just fine. Installer gave us really specific advice for purging air from the water lines to prevent dripping from the dispenser and we have had NO problems like some are mentioning in earlier reviews.

We had previously bought a whirlpool refrigerator which my wife didn't like. I was looking at other units while we were killing some time at Best Buy.I found this Samsung and loved the door in door feature. We probably would have purchased a similar LG model but didn't like there door in door feature. So far keeps things cold and fresh as promised. We have experienced leakage with the water dispenser and have a service appointment set up . I would have given a 5 but the water dispenser and one of Samsung's call center reps put the 4 star rating so far. Love the big pull out drawer with optional cooling settings for dairy, produce or beverages.

We love this Samsung Showcase Fridge! The reason for the 4 stars is because it's REALLY LOUD. I've come downstairs in the morning and i can hear the refrigerator running loud and clear - when watching TV we have to turn it up to not hear the refrigerator running. That being said - i do LOVE all the features, love the french doors, love the LED lighting, love the ice maker, and the bottom freezer drawer has so much space! We love how clean it looks and just overall how much space and usability it has! One thing - you don't get much door storage - so beware of tall bottles, milk cartons, etc... - only 2-3 will fit in your door, and otherwise, you have to fully adjust the shelves for them to fit - it's not totally ideal - and otherwise, a lot of the door storage on the ice maker side are super skinny so almost nothing fits.

i bought this frig in 2015 and thought i would write a review as i read many before my purchase. i am very happy with it. i love the design and have had no problems with it. the ice maker is not great but i don't think any of them are. they all have little issues. some reviews said the outside door had condensation on it but i have had no issues with that at all. just wanted to write a review since some time has passed and i am still happy with my purchase.

This fridge is beautiful! It's super quiet. The only loud thing that happens is when the ice falls into the holding area and you can shut that off if you want. The filtered water is always cold and the light panel on the outside is perfect. It's so big that my husband and I are having a hard time filling it even half full!

The only negatives we have found so far are: 1) You can't fit two gallons of milk on the bottom shelf of the beverage door - the shelf is not wide enough. This is our biggest complaint. My son drinks whole milk fore dietary reasons and his milk has to go on the upper shelf in the easy-access door. This shelf is not as tall so it's harder to get the milk out - you must slide out the shelf. The shelves do slide very smoothly. 2) Because of the way the shelf and support bars are configured, you can't take out a gallon of milk from inside the main fridge. So, if you need milk and cheese, you have to open the french doors to get the cheese, then close the french doors & open the mini easy-access door to remove the milk. The system for water & ice in the door is working great. There is a ton of storage space in the freezer. The black finish is easy to keep clean. I am loving the slide-back shelf that lets me store a large pitcher of lemonade or orange juice even more than I thought I would! It's really easy to slide that shelf back. I haven't had to use the flip-up shelf yet.

I'm loving the French doors and the "metal cooling" half door. I have much more room to store things like lasagna or cakes than in a vertical slim door fridge. And with the half door I can easily get to my juices and yogurts!

I really like the design of this fridge, The front access door is a great feature. I also like the amount of room it has. I like the drawers on the inside, they are very accessible to see what is inside them. All in all we are very pleased so far with this purchase. Best Buy was great to deal with as well.

This fridge is spacious and allows for easy access for children to grab juice and other small condiments without having to go through all the shelves. It is energy efficient and runs quietly. We have been very pleased with this purchase.

Within the last two years we purchased an LG 27.5 CU Ft Refrigerator and had two expensive service calls as the warranty ran out. One was to refill the Freon, which the technician told us we would need to do again in about a year ($250 minimum charge). Honestly never heard of that happening before. Then the bottom freezer in two drawer system failed and it was going to cost $250 just to get a tech out to look at it... Also the LG had no real working capacity. I said forget it! We bought the Samsung at Best Buy and first I want to say thank you because the capacity is honest workable capacity, not blocked off non usable space like the LG. I learned a lesson and bought an extended warranty but I have to say I really think this Fridge will not fail like the LG. We love this Refrigerator! BTW we had an LG Microwave that also failed with in 2 years of purchase, again just after the warranty ran out... Techs wanted $250 just to come out and see what was wrong with it. We replaced it with a Samsung. We love the Samsung model as well. We own a Samsung 55" LCD TV and have had no issues with it for 8 years... Hmmm, think there's a pattern here?

Manageable to put all different kind of stuff as lot of space, and have multiple settings. A very good product. Only I feel that filter water dispenser must have a normal or warm water settings also.

Has all the features and more that we were looking for in a French door refrigerator. The door in a door is great for keeping items used frequently. The produce drawers work so well, that the fruit/veggies keep much longer than our old fridge. Plenty of room for everything.

Temperature stays constant, there is plenty of room for everything, and the shelving and drawer systems are excellent. Also, the door button is an awesome feature!

Great fridge and very large. One downfall is with kids, the fingerprints shows easily. Also the front is not magnetic. So any picture from the kids go on the side of the fridge.
