I love this refrigerator. The first one that we received had issues with the right exterior door consistently opening separately from the interior door. I reached out to Best Buy and they promptly responded and provided us with another unit.

Refrigerator worked great until it ran out of warranty, That's when the ice maker quit working! Do yourself a favor and run the model number for ice maker problems, there are thousands of complaints!

It is very organized. I like ice maker and drinking water features. Vegetable shelf is a little too short. The top shelf of freezer should be able to pull out a little more. Overall, i still like my new refrigerator.

It’s a beautiful fridge that fit in well with the rest of my Samsung kitchen appliances. The fridge stays cold, and has bright LED lighting which makes the fridge a real winner for me. Functionally, the fridge holds a lot of food of various shapes and sizes. The water and ice taste clean and fresh from my otherwise hard city water.

Got a steal on it love I can fit all my groceries comfortably.

We bought the refrigerator right before Thanksgiving to have it delivered. There was a dent in the side of it. Doors are crooked too. Best Buy said that they would send us a gift card (18% off) rather than exchange it. Horrible horrible customer service! We have spent a total of 3 1/2 hours on the phone and still no gift card. He said I could go to the store and pick up the card. I drove all the way there and they had no clue as to what I was talking about. So another hour and 15 minutes on the phone with Best Buy. I am still currently waiting for the mail to come to see you today may be the day that I get my $300 gift card. After years of spending lots of money in the store, the last couple of times has been ridiculous. I'm done.

Trouble with freezer. Reported to Samsung .No tech has been to ck problem. Ice small amt forms on freezer door. Frost on ice when it comes out. Cubed comes out with shivers in it. Need to get resolved.

Nice size, works great! It is the perfect size for a family of 4.

Love this large, roomy refrigerator. Has many wonderful features.

We paid very good money for this product in February of 2017. We were in the middle of building and had it delivered after closing. The refrigerator has been nothing but a problem since purchasing. Ice maker freezes up, ice bucket now has a crack from having to be removed. There is no decent way to organize the refrigerator. Storage is terrible, the doors do not close flush to seal any longer, when we get the ice maker unfrozen every two days it sounds like an airplane humming. I hate that I have to even give this one star. I should have stayed with my first instinct and purchased Whirlpool instead....the new purchase today will be just that and a side by side. Somehow with all the chaos of building and moving Geek Squad protection didn't get placed on this appliance that is totally on us because normally we place that protection on everything from headphones to major appliances. If you are like me and still feel that this refrigerator will make the best fit for your needs then I highly recommend adding all protection and replacement coverages offered and also see if they offer some patience with that to try and sweet talk this very disappointing device into working properly. It is now July 2019 and we are having to shell out money today to replace this useless thing...maybe it will find a reprieve out in the garage storing water and popsicles for all the kids but I seriously expect to have to have someone come and haul this contraption off (more expense) after a week or so in the garage.
