The reality was very difficult and with delays and many communications with service details having nothing to do with Dave the sales person. Finally all is received ( communication problems) and in the end...we love the Refrigerator,,, I respectfully and highly recommending and hope the system be corrected. with out blame on any of the personnel. c

This fridge is the best I've ever owned. I has double doors so it has a lot of room. It has moveable shelves which make it easier to put in multiple bottles of milk and orange juice. The humidity control helps the vegetables and fruits last longer. The filtration system is easy to change as well for the water and ice.

I am more impressed with the salesman than the fridge. Percel Anderson at Crabtree went above and beyond to find this item in stock. I wish all salesmen were as helpful nice and considerate as he he been maybe more customers would purchase if he wax helping them. Thank you Percel

I love the storage space big enough for my large family

Love the refrigerator and slide out freezer door!! The only problem from the beginning was a consistent slow leak from the water dispenser. Very upsetting for the price we paid!!

Best appliance I have in my house! The look though door is amazing and saves on energy. The stainless steel look it sleek and easy to clean. The one complaint is that the front is not magnetic so I cannot put my magnetic son my frig.

The refrigerator is not what I would have expected in quality. Service was poor from the moment it was delivered. Delivery person did not even level the refrigerator, right side door was drooping a good half inch or more lower than left side door, and the right "outer" door separates from inner door when we open the entire side. Took over a month for Best Buy to address the situation and when they finally did the product was still not properly fixed and we were told that is just how it is. I regret spending so much on this refrigerator and even purchasing the extended warranty as it seems Best Buy does not respond in a timely manner to issues and is not able to handle them. We have had Samsung products before, but the quality of this fridge certainly disappoints.

Fridge was great for 3.5 years. Love the features. Then after 3.5 years of reliable service, icemaker started freezing up. Serviced it and worked okay for about a month or two. Then icemaker freezing up again. Before that could be fixed again, water valve failed and now it won't stop dispensing water. Refrigerators should last longer than this.

As other reviews had stated, it works great for exactly 2-3 years. Ours was 3 1/2 yrs old when the freezer stopped working and I lost over 100.00 worth of food. Had Geek Squad protection, had it fixed in October by a local company. It is now December and my fridge is 19 degrees thus freezing everything in it. An even bigger insult is that Geek Squad protection is outsourced for that initial phone call. Took me 1 1/2 hours just to get someone who doesn't speak very good English, (3 separate phone calls btw) to confirm an appointment with some off the wall company that cannot fix it until mid January! Um, really? I also have a 3 yr old Samsung stove I included on same phone call as the circuit board needs to be replaced on the LED panel. It continually rotates the bake, broil, roast etc. options. NEVER will I buy another Samsung anything. Have their phones right now and am switching to Apple. To spend over 2000.00 for a fridge that doesn't even last 4 YEARS is despicable. Perhaps this is why Best Buy had to increase the cost of their protection plans because most appliance today are made like crap. All flash and no substance.
