I consider this refrigerator average specifically because of the unreliable ice maker. I had the refrigerator for a year and the ice maker gave out.

This refrigerator is quiet elegant addition to my kitchen!

I really like the door in door options for my young kids. It make it a little easier to get things quick and easy. The one thing that bugs me is the bottom freezer door. It does not pull out enough to reach your food.

Overall it's an okay fridge. The ice/water maker leaks between fill-ups. I haven't been able to get a handle on the make up of the fridge.

the refridgerator is good. Its all around nice. However, the divider bar between the two doors has moisture that builds up on it and it condenses and runs down the bar and collections on the lower drawer. This seems to be a design flaw with the Door in Door design as I had the unit replaced with one that does not have the door in door design and it has not yet had any moisture condensing on the divider. That is my only gripe about the unit.

Fridge is awesome. Ice maker isn’t bulky and quick acces door is cool. Only thing I would like is if the door opened without the large door getting pulled with it because of suction.

This refrigerator is a conversation piece whenever we gather in the kitchen, the right top French door is a two in one you can open the primary to retrieve condiments without having to go entirely into the fridge.

I have liked Samsung refrigerators in general. Specifically, this model has the showcase, that makes it really handy to access the most used things in the fridge through the access door, without having to open the whole refrigerator. That feature really makes this a great product!

One of the trays in the door doesn't move properly and the refrigerator makes a running noise at times. Other than these 2 complaints, we're happy with it.

Happy with the product, will recommend to anyone interested! Only reason I am giving four stars is the change filter light turned red within 4 months, thought it had a longer life.

More than expected. Samsung has really nice appliances and Best Buy sales representative know all the ins and outs. If you ar going to spend good money for high end appliances, Best Buy is the place. Great delivery and customer service is key. Never a problem with them.

This review is being written five years into purchase. I wouldn’t recommend as ice maker works periodically and has to be defrosted repeatedly. Now we are waiting on service tech as lower freezer unit isn’t freezing and refrigerator is losing it cooling as well. Disappointed.

First one delivered with a huge dent in the door...a week before Thanksgiving. Unable to get a new one until after Thanksgiving. Overall good refrigerator. Space is a little limited in the doors.

I love the new refrigerator. The water dispenser actually dispenses cold water. Only one I have ever had or tried in others homes that dispenses cold water. Love all the ways you can change configuration to fit what you are putting in.

It works fine but there is frost formation in the bottom section. we tried as advised on the fridge but it seems to be not working

Love our Samsung fridge, only wish it had alarm to tell you when door left open. Sometimes doors don't shut properly, only to find out later, when you go to open.

We are a family of four, and each of us has a different taste bud, in terms of drinks and sauces. So far, this refrigerator works well with our family, and we are happy that all our choice items are organized and sectioned to our need.

Really wanted to love this fridge, but I just can't. Showcase door doesn't really work very well in real life. Became hard to open sometimes and stuck. Cleaning the fridge is a pain. Certain glass panels don't come out. And the drawers won't disassemble so any type of liquid will get stuck underneath the drawer panel. Filter replacement is messy even if you drain all the water out. Feels like all the hinges squeak. Samsung fanboy. But not loving any of their appliances so far.
