This is a perfect fridge for our new home. Got a great deal during the labor day sale. Paid only 1875 when bundled with washer and dryer from Samsung which by the way are awesome products too

I LOVE THE 3RD FRONT DOOR. ALSO THE SPLIT TOP SHELF ALLOWS FOR TALLER THINGS TO BE PUT ON TOP WITHOUT WASTING THE ENTIRE TOP SHELF FOR TALL ITEMS

Works great! The extra depth or thickness of the refrige does make the difference. Extra easy access door is great. Convenient and energy efficient. I wish there was a different push button for both crushed and cube ice.

This was a perfect refrigerator for our limited space, and We wanted a bottom freezer, but with ice and cold water from the door. Also love the unique doors on the refrigerator and the special tray in the freezer.

Lets say I like everything about this fridge except for the fact that the ice maker has frozen up and failed 4 times and I have had to deal with getting it repaired each time with a 4 hour window that ruins my day every time. They have replaced the ice maker several times, sealed the unit, installed new parts that "fix" the problem, but it has yet failed again. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty from Best Buy for 5 years. Now...after the 4th failure...last one only three months ago, I am being told by geek squad that they won't replace the unit under warranty due to ice maker failures. I know this is an issue with the engineering of the product from Samsung, but I am extremely disappointed with Samsung and Best Buy for not standing behind their products. This will likely be my last Samsung appliance and possibly the last time I purchase appliances from Best Buy. Very disappointed!!!

Purchased this refrigerator and we just love this refrigerator. Reviewed product before hand and was a little worried that we may get one with musty smelling water. But no problems, fresh tasting water and ice.

Big fridge. I only gave 4 stars because it can be hard to open the door in door feature and the other door closes itself on my kids.

I am very disappointed in this refrigerator. It was a major purchase and we investigated many manufacturers and models before choosing this Samsung. The unit is very loud, much louder than the 15 year old unit it replaced. Also, the ice dispenser crushes ice, even when you select cubes. I would not recommend this Samsung model to anyone.

The refrigerator is just what I wanted. The large freezer in the bottom is easy accessible and the double doors on the top make it easy to see what is in the refrigerator without standing on my head.

We love this refrigerator. The extra access door is pretty handy for accessing frequently used stuff. Would highly recommend this.

I love many aspects of the design but one aspect is not working well. The easy access door "sticks" to the inside door when you open it which means the inside door pops out and then slams back onto the fridge. It still works but it is an annoyance and also shakes all of the bottles/jars in the easy access door. They replaced the door handle and gasket but the problem is still the same, if not worse.

I like the layout of the refrigerator with enough drawers for cold cuts and more. The freezer is large enough for just about anything.

This so far has been a very good refrigerator. The Best Buy delivery crew did an amazing job and used great care with attention to not damage any hardwood floors and explain the operations of the fridge.

Bestbuy provides competitive prices on costly Appliances. Unlike some retailers, they back Product with full warranty and offer additional extended coverage for peace of mind. My Experience with service was positive.

Piece already broke off of the freezer section. Freezer does have a good amount of space.

My Samsung fridge is awesome. It took 4 guys to get it into our kitchen, but it looks great and works even better. The waterline could be a tad bit longer, but other than that we love it.

The good; refrigerator works well, looks okay. The bad; showcase door, the door on the right, clamps on loose. Have exchanged the refrigerator twice, same problem, manufacturer defect. After spending full price, it is not worth it. Find another refrigerator.

Excellent convenience and modern look. Inside storage is not as flexible and spacious as we thought. Great price for a newly released model.

I would recommend this product but because of Best Buys poor delivery system I would recommend they buy this product elsewhere.

It's already been a year after purchasing this fridge and it's still running and functioning like when we first bought It. It keeps all my produce fresh for a very long time.
