    Have had nothing but problems with ice maker since hitting the one year “warranty” expiration. Have since seen plenty of reviews with the same problem. Would highly recommend staying away from Samsung.

    This has got to be the biggest PC of garbage! Our ext warranty is almost up and Best Buy nor Geeks nor Samsung has fixed the ice maker yet!!! One or more of them have been here 10 or 11 times now and replaced the ice maker totally 6 times! And to top it all off, the dang thing stopped keeping stuff cold. Call Geeks, Geeks says, during the Covid19 issues, to have a Samsung repair person out. We will have to pay but Best Buy will repay us. Nearly 1000 DOLLARS later (not including the ruined food) Not even a reply from Best Buy or from Geeks!!! No email, no call NOTHING! I'll not buy another appliance of any kind from Best Buy as they don't really stand behind them!!
