I love it so far, no complaints. Decent room for a family of 5. Only wish the crushed ice was more crushed, but overall, yay on my first Fridge!!

Ice maker storage is a little small. Nice options and adjustments for storage.

We used to own the same model, and we loved it, so we had high expectations for this one. However, we found ourselves greatly disappointed. My main concerns are that the double front door (the main reason why we love this model) sticks and does not work as it should and the freezer door is hard to open.

The refrigerator fit our space. The showcase is a great feature. We keep drinks and snacks in the showcase area for quick access. Highly recommend

Went to Best Buy for a new range and dishwasher. Fridge was part of a Samsung package. Turns out we like the fridge best out of the items purchased.

The worst purchase in our history of buying appliances. NEVER buy a Samsung refrigerator!!! Please don't make the same mistake we did. Just because it's shiny and pretty doesn't mean it works correctly. The bottom of the refrigerator fills with water, the ice maker freezes and half works, the temperature on the outside is no longer accurate. It's not even worth trying to have repaired due to the expense. You just have to invest in a new one! Repairman said best advise he could give was "DO NOT buy a Samsung refrigerator!"

This is an awesome fridge. Plenty of freezer storage, and love the large deli tray on the bottom. Also, the extra door and pull out trays are a plus.

I know Samsung’s are notorious for issues but the reoccurring ice maker freezing is more than obnoxious. Every other month, on the dot it seems like, the ice maker freezes up solid.

Once again. A Samsung refrigerator (our 5th now after 4 recent fails) is a fail. Doors are uneven and don’t work correctly. One door is Alison banged up, which wasn’t seen until it was installed and the plastic was taken off. The Geek Squad said I didn’t have to sign anything, so I didn’t get to write this down. They said they’d be contacting me to fix the door issues. They have not. So now I have to go to the store again. We had four refrigerators needing to be returned back to back —each due to a defect. Now this 5th one also has issues. I’ve called Geek Squad and was given the run around--so I will be going to the store tomorrow.

It’s actually bigger than I thought..the young men who delivered it made sure it would fit they promised it would be fine

I was able to purchase this as a floor model for a great price! The customer service salesman was impeccable in courtesy and information!

Didn't expect the fridge to sweat between the doors...but consider the material its made of. Ice bin can be difficult to take out at times.

Its really stylish refrigerator. I love it. It has all features what I wanted.

This fridge was an open box and we couldn't be happier with it. I only whish it could have been delivered instead of me picking it up.
