    I love this refrigerator just having a hard time cleaning. You can't pull or lift the glass up off the shelves.

    The product came damaged and Geel Squad wasn't even able to fathom the extent of it and the reasoning behind it. Factory issues perhaps in the aftermath of COVID19 crisis causing production and quality problems

    Nothing but problems with this fridge. First some fan started freezing up and making a loud clicking noise. Then the entire fridge got warm and we unplugged it for 2 days. After that we plugged it back in and it worked. Then the icemaker started freezing up so I had them come out for service. Of course it was just out of warranty and I paid $600 for a new icemaker that immediately did the same thing. I have had problems with multiple other Samsung appliances and would not recommend them.

    i like it a lot but is to soon to say it is a great thing less see if it last at least 3 or 4 year without breaking
