This refrigerator is great!! it is nice and quite and holds a lot of stuff, the second door is great for grabbing small items you use a lot and we really like the fact that the small holders come out so you can take the right to the table and back when done.

We love this thing! Showcase door is wonderful ... It's all I open most mornings ... All the most needed items fit there ... Plus it's a great beer door :) zero complaints and it's pretty ... Much space and easy to work shelving around big items.

Really like the easy entry door for ketsup, mayo, eggs. The adjustable shelves make storage easier. Cons: don't like the ice dispenser through the door... Seems really slow.

This refrigerator is beautiful inside and out. My wife and I disagree on the freezer pull out on the bottom but we know who wins that argument. my problem is the doors are so thick that it doesn't give much room to take things out of the freezer without opening the refrigerator doors, not really a big problem just a small issue. Downfall is this model does not come in black stainless steel. The gloss black is pretty to look at but not easy to keep clean and scratches super easy. Other than that we both love the size and room in the fridge and freezer. I read reviews that said the ice maker and water were slow, but our water is superfast I even had to turn the pressure down. I also read that the ice maker is noisy but that would only be when ice drops not sure why that would be an issue to anyone. All and all this is a great refrigerator that looks awesome and works as well as any fridge should. I love the black color but remember it will scratch very easy I still think its worth the risk. Best advice I can give you is, Samsung will have a sale on all of their models at the same time in any appliance center you go to. so wait until they are on sale if you can and you will save at least $500.00 dollars. Best buy offers the cheapest 3-5 year protection plan, but these units are limited warrantied for 5 years anyway. You will love this refrigerator.

Excellent design and the showcase door is a very handy feature. The bottom freezer is a good size and the sliding top tray is most useful. It is relatively quiet as well. Both doors are very easy to open and close with a definite fell.

I have owned several Samsung French door fridges, and so far, this one is the best of the bunch. I haven't had the dreaded water under the deli drawer...tho we did put in the little copper wire when we installed it to preempt that ( google for info). The through the door feature is just amazing...we open the fridge more for milk and creamer than any other use, and it is so handy! This was my first stainless steel appliance- and I found that the spray cleaner Wow really helps maintain appearance.The only feature missing, and it has a space but is not wired for it, is a second ice maker.

I am very happy with the amount of food it holds. Much more than the side by side it replaced. I don't agree with the reviews that indicate the freezer is difficult to use. It is nicely compartmentalized so every thing is easy to reach--again, it holds soooo much. My only complaint is that when opening the showcase door the interior door tends to come along with it. So, while I paid a little more for this feature, and gave up a very small amount of space for the feature I find myself not using it because it doesn't quite work as expected.

I read lots of reviews before purchasing this refrigerator and was concerned about quality based on some comments but we are genuinely thrilled. No problems installing it and no problems with any leaking. It is very very quiet too. Lots of room. My only small complaint is that while you can get ice out of the door, it doesn't come with an ice bin to store backup ice in the freezer and I don't see one sold as an accessory. I'll just use some tupperware or whatever when we need ice backups for parties etc.

Love, Love, Love this refrigerator. Almost a year with this purchase and I still have NOTHING bad to say. I usually have to keep the shelf that can move in for tall items always in so my pitcher can fit and that's the only negative but it really isn't a negative jut lose space on the second shelf. I love the LED lights, love the look, love how easy it is to clean. I have a family of five with a lot of family gatherings and this fridge holds ALOT and keeps things cold. Sometimes we run out of ice a little faster than I'd like when I have 18 people over, but it makes ice pretty fast. Overall the purchase is worth the extra money.

The Samsung Showcase refrigerator is excellent for a family. It had many features such as the showcase door, the water through the door that save energy but make it easy to access. Love the bottom freezer. So much space.

I did a ton of research before buying this fridge. The dual evaporators that Samsung offers really works great and it seems like I have less frost build up in the freezer. The lighting is great, the fridge is really quiet, and the function that you can open up the right door panel for shelve items is ingenious. It's a big fridge and the shelve system can be manipulated to fit pretty much anything you can imagine.

I'm really enjoying this refrigerator. I love the features it has. Lots of room and a good layout in the fridge and freezer. I like the filtered water feature, which produces very fresh water and ice cubes, One problem I have with the water is the stream isn't very good. It takes too long to fill a glass of water. The only other issue I have with this is the fridge gets condensation that drips onto the freezer drawer and I'm constantly wiping up the water that accumulates. All in all, I would recommend this refrigerator to someone if asked,

We purchased the fridge about a month ago as an open box item at a discount. Overall we have not had any problems with it at all, it runs nice and quiet and we love the temperature controls and LED lighting! We have lots of room in not only the fridge but the freezer as well which I was not expecting. I would definitely recommend this as something to look at if you are in the market for a new fridge!

Beautiful new french door refrigerator from Samsung is terrific. Has a easy access door for drinks and commonly used items. The French doors open up nice and wide, and has more room than my old side by side.

I am remodeling my kitchen and replaced a 20 year old Amana. I did quite a lot of research before choosing this one. We love the layout and especially the showcase door, a feature we didn't know we needed until we had it. Everything is easy to see and find and the layout makes it easy to clean. Freezer capacity is great so far. Seems to be much bigger than the top freezer we had in the old fridge.

Great refrig. So much more spacious then a side by side. I went with Best Buy as their delivery date was within days. The other two competitors were weeks away. The fingerprints are a nuisance.

Love this refrigerator. It is very quiet and energy efficient. Love all the compartments and there is plenty of space in the freezer. The thru-the-door ice and water is very convenient! I love it!

Lots of room in this. It shows the current temp and cooled in a couple of hours. The filtered water comes out a little fast and is hard to control, but other than that, it is a nice upgrade.

I love this refrigerator. Very quiet, roomy and love the easy access door. Would highly recommend this refrigerator to my friends and family.

I love almost everything about this refrigerator. It has taken me a good month to get organized and use to the layout but it has provided the space I was looking for. My only compliant is the shelves and organization on the doors. I like having my condiments and small items on the doors and the space is very limited and awkward. Besides that though, the family loves the refrigerator. I love that I can open either side without having to open the other (for those who have had older style french doors).
