Great refrigerator. I would definitely buy another

building new home and have not installed the units yet

This is a 27.8 cuft French door fridge. So far good.

Fridge works, More than I can say for other appliances. Shelves are not easily adjusted and leaves little room for tall items such as soda bottles that then must be stored on the door

In the beginning of the year My family and i were without a fridge for 62 days as we got the run around from Samsung.Was giving the number to a service place that has been out of business for sometime etc... In the beginning of APRIL we were finally giving a refund for our fridge! In search of a new refrigerator we came across one that was in our budget at best buy. but it was a Samsung... Jp the sales man had insured us that if we purchased the geek squad protection we would have no worries! Wouldn't have to deal with Samsung and even geek squad gwould help with food that was ruined What a good deal right? Nope! here we are going on day 5 with no refrigerator and rotten food. Called geek squad was told that they dont service my area! Why did i even pay 150?? and also was told by geek squad Samsung will be sending me a replacement. haha. Called Samsung they said that whoever i spoke to at geek squad had lied to me.. and that they would schedule a service tech.. no service tech...and now waiting on a store credit. supposedly... I have already dealt with Samsung so already knew what to expect. Stock up on ice and ice chest!! I am 25 mins from lake Jackson, purchased the geek squad protection so wouldnt have to deal with samsung , have only had it for a little over 2 months and am living out of an ice chest with 3 kids! why cant something be done!? Why do I just getting told im sorry and passed on to the next person. Its going to be a long weekend ...

Works Well but had to settle for this model when first choice was discontinued. Interior design is poor, making it difficult to store tall items. Door shelfs are not adjustable

It's a fridge which we haven't yet installed so I don't know yet. But, Barbi the sales rep was great and knowledgeable. She really helped make is feel good about the purchase.

This refrigerator is so bad I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator ever again. Ice maker constantly clogs, fan motor ices over basically rendering the refrigerator useless as it doesn’t circulate air so the sensor will read correctly but the front of the refrigerator will be 20 degrees higher causing your food to spoil

I have had my refrigerator for about 3 weeks now. Compared to my Kenmore Elite this is a dream. So far no problems and my family uses the ice machine all day with no problems. I did extensive research before buying (like a month of online reviews) and I subscribe to consumer reports etc... The layout of my kitchen sucks as my refrigerator is next to the garage door. I thought this would be a problem opening the left door and everything works great. I love the digital readout of what temperature the freezer and frig are at.. The lights inside when you open the doors are wonderful, you can see everything. The filter for water, ice is inside the frig within reach so you don't have to get on the floor to change the filter. My fruits can be at the desired humidity on one side of a drawer while my veggies can be at another humidity setting on the right. The deli drawer is large and there are three settings you can adjust to how cold you want your cheese and meat to be at. I put mine on *chill* to extend the life of the deli products. I know some of the reviews complain that this frig is loud but I gotta say to me its very quiet. Even when I dispense the ice it is quiet and doesn't wake the whole house like my last frig. I bought a 5 year warranty for ummmm $77 dollars! Can't beat that! Best Buy goes thru Pacific Sales on their appliances and the first year on the frig you deal with Samsung and the rest you deal with the warranty you bought thru best buy (Pacific Sales). I know some of you are wondering if this is a stainless steel frig and it is. Yes a magnet will attach to the outside The stainless steel refrigerators are a type of metal product that is more resistant to rust, staining and corrosion than regular steel. It is an alloy of iron and carbon. Oh and the door in door...Kids use it as I do for quick drinks without opening the whole refrigerator. Long story short we love our new refrigerator

Enjoyed several features about the frig. Sleek looking. Noisy freezer door, noisy compressor. Returned it within the allotted time and chose a different frig.

So far it's been a good fridge. I still have a lot to learn about it, the manual is like a novel and I haven't had time to go over it.

We like it, however, there is a weird thing with the easy access door. It isn't a tight fit so when you pull the full door it makes a weird sound.

In order to get into the middle drawer we must open both doors, waiting energy. Freezer drawer is hard to get into.

My expectations were tamed. But the fridge freezer would not work. Ended up returning it. Probably a fluke.
