I really liked this fridge from the look and feel, but have been extremely frustrated with Samsung fridges as this model had a constant drip from the water dispenser as well as the first two...This was my 3rd Samsung fridge in 2 months. Originally purchased 24.6 Cu. Ft Model: RF263BEAESR, which also had a constant drip. After I setup an exchange with Best Buy, I even had a plumber come out and replace my water line. So the 24.6 Cu. ft model had two fridges that dripped and this fridge drips as well. Come to find out Samsung has since discontinued several fridge models because of this...Best Buy has been great to work with as they did not manufacture this product and are replacing all of my appliances with LG as we originally bought a whole Samsung package...Won't ever buy Samsung appliances again!

At first I didn't like the showcase door but now that I'm used to it, I really like it!

The fridge is everything it says it is. Unfortunately don't feel it's well laid for interior space. There is compartment so small on the right door it's unusable unless you have seeds to cool. There is a tray on the left door just under the ice dispenser is so narrow that it is also useless unless you need to chill an envelope. I also feel the ice cube storage is pretty small. I like the interior lighting, excellent and styling is great. Getting all the protective plastic off was a challenge since it was under the seals. Very difficult. We don't feel we can get as much into this fridge even though it has higher rated volume. And once food is in efficiently it doesn't seem like it's in the right place but may get used to that. Assuming we get used to it it's a fine looking unit

We haven't bought a new refrigerator in 14 years so maybe I'm easy to please but this refrigerator is the bomb! Really, I'm so excited to see this guy first thing in the morning. It's actually fun going to the fridge to get food. I especially love the door-in-door feature. My only complaint is that I wish the shelves were adjustable so I could fit taller items in the top bin, but no matter, it fits all of the major stuff. This fridge is definitely larger than our last fridge, a side-by-side. We moved all of our food over to this guy and there was lots of room to spare. I'm surprised how big the freezer is. I MUCH prefer this style french door refrigerator to the the old side-by-side. We've only had this for one week so I can't attest to the longevity. I can only hope it lasts as long as our 14 year old Frididaire. That guy didn't even die, we just got sick of looking at it. On an end note, we went back and forth on getting a counter depth but we are so happy with this size. It does stick out a bit, just like our old fridge, but I'm used to that. To pay $1000 more to have less space was not that appealing to me. Very happy with this purchase.

If I could give this no stars I would. Bought in 2016, was so excited to have it delivered. First thing was ice maker. I would freeze up and I had to get it defrosted in spots. I finally found something on YouTub that they were fixing the ice maker problem, I had to learn from YouTube because Samsung sure didn’t issue anything about fixing it. After the ice maker was replaced, I started getting ice buildup in the freezer section. I had to try to get ice off with heat gun, hair dryer, chip the ice off, then dry the area with a cloth. This has to be done at first about every 2 weeks. I called Samsung about the problem. Was told I probably need a new temperature part but was told I could set the temperature at -2%. That helped for a while but now the ice has to be removed everyday and the door latch quit working so now I have to open the door, then open the shelved to get anything out of the fridge. I am going to buy a new refrigerator but it won’t be a Samsung!

We had to return our 1st delivery due to problems with the handles, leveling, and door operation. The 2nd delivery everything seems to work fine although now the water dispenser doesn't work like the 1st did (slow stream and water pours to the left rather than straight down), is a bit more noisy than the other, and sediment was coming out of the water for quite some time despite 'flushing' the system as described. This is a LARGE refrigerator so if you don't have a lot of room, be aware you could have space issues. We may ask for a repair guy to come out and check the water dispenser. Other than that, seems like a good fridge so far. Plenty of room inside that's for sure. I'm a bit worried about the freezer handles also. Seems a tad flimsy. We'll see.

This fridge is huge. The drawers offer great humidity for produce. The deli drawer is large and roomy. The filter is convenient to change. It can drip water in the deli drawer if not changed properly/quickly. The pass thru door is great for storing commonly used items (salad dressings, small bottles of juice). The freezer has a ton of storage.

We purchased this Samsung fridge to replace a Samsung side by side fridge. Sadly, the compressor on the ne fridge is loud. This was not the case on our old Samsung. Also, in order to prevent condensation around the doors you will need to turn off the energy saving feature. Interior space, showcase door, ice maker and water dispenser are fine. Have not had it long enough to change the filter, but I'm sure that will be more expensive then the prior model as well. Overall, too loud. Would not purchase again.

Love the space and selfing. Ice maker and water are a little slow but it gets the job done. Great buy!!

The refrigerator has been great until now I purchased it in 2016 the ice maker has stopped working so I called geek squad and told them what the problem was and they want to charge me two separate service calls one to diagnose and one to fix I can't understand why they just can't bring the parts with them on the first trip I'm done with best buy this is a rip off

I really like The concept of this model , however there is not much room to put things on the side doors .

This refrigerator has a very nice soft light, has multiple features on the drawers not on their 4 door models. Ive read several reviews where people noted a loudness once an hour, etc, I havent heard anything yet. My advice if you have one that makes a loud running noise, take it back; dont even play with it. My only issue with this item is the very limited space these type have. All you can do to put 2 gallons of milk on the shelf, and items like the spray wipe cream etc that are taller have to be laid down or put in door. This puts me in mind of the obese man buying a Festiva or Yugo automobile. We are thinking on just pulling the middle shelf out. We where down to 2 options, this model, and the one with the built in wifi, tv etc. After seeing limitations on spacing, glad we didnt go with the other, even with its free tablet. We spent over 12 hours researching and pricing these type of refrigerators, if you can deal with the spacing, i think youll be impressed with this one. Also bestbuy doesnt show, but other local stores did have a link for the local power company, $50.00 recycle rebate you can get on your old refrigerator, and they pick it up from your home. We have Duke Power which does this.

I purchased a counter depth refridgerator but it doesn't look like the picture. It only has two doors left and right.

This was the best choice we made when remodeling our kitchen. Absolutely glad we went with Samsung.

Constant problem with ice maker freezing up. Repair man said it happen a lot with this model. The chamber does not seal outside moisture. No fix, just bandaids.

We bought this fridge in May of 2014. After 3 years it started making weird noises infrequently. In 2018 had a repairman out and he mentioned it was a common problem & Samsung would replace the sensor & defroster part. They did not and we paid for everything +labor. The problem came right back. Last month, November 2020 we decide to buy a new fridge to replace our 5.5 yr old Samsung lemon.The BB salesman pointed us to a Samsung and I relayed our story to which the guy says, Samsung will do right by you. That problem was an issue that they’ve taken care of. So we came home and called Samsung.Nothing.Then called them again.Nothing. Although my husband likes that new Samsung fridge, why should we buy from them? We’ve never heard back from Samsung.

I checked around for a while for prices to drop. Once they did I jumped on this purchase. We love how spacious the fridge is and the looks in our kitchen. I ordered it in black, nice option to have.

My wife loves her Samsung refrigerator so far she would not trade it for anything its just the right space that she's wanted and the freezer on the bottom genius

Sleek on the outside, huge and efficient on the inside. I love this fridge, have it for about 6 months now. Great buy.
