At first I was afraid we over bought for our space. When the best buy delivery arrived I was pleasantly suprised at how well it fit. The through the door functionality has been a great addition. The space is great, we basically doubled our capacity without actually taking up any additional space which astonishes me. Like most things it keeps things cold and frozen, but this fridge does it very well. We can store a week of lunch and suppers without any of the food going bad. I think we got a steal at just over $2000 when combined with a samsung range and microwave. Plus a bosch dishwasher. Best buy made the whole process pleasant and satisfying.

We love this fridge. It's super quiet and was the exact size we needed. It's been over 6 months and works really well. the led lighting is great and the showcase is great for condiments and kids juices. I only wish it would hold a gallon jug of milk on the door but we are getting used to that.

More than meets my expectations. Plenty of room, looks great. Didn't think I'd use the pass thru door, but use it all the time!

Overall this is an excellent option. We are very happy with it and we often used he showcase door as it has just become part of our daily life. The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is the way the freezer and shelving are set up. You really need to open the two large front doors in order to put larger items in the top freezer drawer. This is not usually a problem, but every once in a while we have to keep opening and shutting doors to figure out the best way to configure things to make them fit. As for the shelving, you can readjust it, but there are not a lot of options. If you have a lot of tall items, wine bottles, two liter sodas, OJ, then you will need to spend some time reconfiguring what you have on other shelves. I would expect this to be common with a lot of the bottom freezer models, so certainly not a deterrent. This is a great choice.

the unit exceeds our expectations - plenty of room for everything you need a refrigerator handle. Easy access to all items, especially the freezer. Clean and quite.

Going from side by side it will take time to adjust where things are located on my new 28ft. model , I think there is some wasted space on inside left door they should have made door trays bigger like on the 30ft. model wich I would have purchased but price was not worth the extra 2 ft..Overall at great fridge with no issues..Hooray to Best Buy for making purchase so smooth and with on time delivery.

This fridge is huge! The showcase door is fantastic, and really saves from opening the entire fridge.

Plenty of room, keeps food cold, ice and water through door works well. Like internal temperature display, no guessing at what the real temp is.

We bought this refrigerator after reading the review on Consumer Reports and BestBuy.com. We are overall happy with the refrigerator - both in terms of price and features. I will say that the compressor is a little noisy at times and rattles some in our kitchen.

The fridge is beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. I received a delivery window of 3-6 pm and they arrived at 7:30. The drivers had trouble getting my old fridge out of my front door and instead of taking the doors off the fridge, they took my front door off the hinges. They brought the new fridge in with the doors off! There was a dimple in the door near the water display, noticible, but not bad enough to have to go through emptying the fridge again and have the drivers bring a new fridge. Best Buy issued us a $200 gift card for compensation. Now with the freezer...I'm pretty sure the door is extending all the way, however, I will check at the store next time I'm there. I have to open the fridge doors to get anything out of the upper tray in the freezer because I can't see what's in there. It does not open all the way. I love the fridge, I am not a fan of the freezer.

The refrigerator is well designed and all the conveniences that can be contemplated for a 27.8 CF volume, mid-range priced Frig, has been provided. The drawback; however, was in the delivery and hookup. The old copper lines do not work with this frig, but it could have been handled in a much shorter time than the almost-4weeks it took from the purchase time.

Beautiful to look at! Works wonderfully, plenty of space and quiet as a mouse! Nice job Samsong! Also, the ice works perfectly!!!!!!

Functional design. Absolutely silent. Huge capacity in lower freezer. Organizing the contents of this new design is a work in progress.

This refrigerator has a nice look to it . it's pretty quiet with a lot of room at both top and bottom. At this point the performance is excellent .The complaints that some customers have is due to them not acquainting them selves with the proper operation of the fridge.One complaint that I have is the draw in the freezer doesn't pop out with stuff in it as when it's empty.

We have been replacing all the appliances with Bosch, but their refrigerator is a little out of my league. So much nicer than what we had before and blends right in. Ice maker keeps up most the time, it only struggles when multiple families are over. Very quiet with plenty of space for a family of four.

We use the extra door all of the time. The ice maker keeps up with the 5 of us. It is quiet. It looks great in our new kitchen.

I love this refrigerator. Simply stated it is not only an elegant appliance on which our kitchen is centered. It's operations are so quiet, we hardly are aware that it is working. The cooler drawer stores our beverages at the perfect temperature. And the Water filtration system is so efficient that we have greatly reduced our use of (very expensive) bottled water. There has never been a moment when either my wife or I have regretted this purchase.

Refrigerator works great. Temperature stays constant. Very roomy-lots of space. Only problems are the water comes out very slow and the crushed ice comes out along with the cubed ice and goes all over the place.

Extra door is nice but not sure if it really is an energy saver. Doors and freezer open easier than other brands. Only concerns are the ice maker sprays ice if you don't hold glass all the way up to spout and Interior Freezer compartment is a little awkward to use..

I'm disappointed in the service I got from Best Buy Geek squad and the refrigerator. I am skeptical as to how long this refrigerator will last. Here's why: -The unit makes odd noises. Nothing alarming, just odd. Things briefly rattle (as if the ice maker shifted ice out of a tray but with a noticeable rattle), the compressor stopping makes noises that sound like the compressor and hoses hitting each other... I've had other refrigerators and know they make operational noises but this one is just too different that it makes me suspicious of longevity. -The glass from one of the shelves shattered. The position of the shelf doesn't permit an object to drop on it so it was either defective from the factory or the fridge has temperature cooling issues that stressed the glass. Either way... it shattered. -Best Buy Geek Squad would not help me with the shattered glass. I was explained that the item is deemed cosmetic and the extended warranty would not cover the shelf. This isn't helpful. It was even less helpful when I was told I would need to contact Samsung to replace a part on a fridge that is less than three months old. I was basically told "good luck getting it fixed". Samsung did eventually send me the part for me to install. It was easy enough to install but the fact is I shouldn't have had to have even had this issue. On a positive note... The unit is beautiful and fits the needs of a family of four, easily. We don't overfill the unit. It's large enough of capacity and the trick door is nice. I'm hoping this unit isn't a testament to their quality... I dropped close to $5000 in Samsung products and hope the washer/dryer and robotic vacuum don't suddenly break as this did.
