I did a long search of product and service type before we made another purchase. Our previous unit was the same size/type and 2 years old. Different company. The freezer died in April, service guy came in June, not fix, we fought until November with them on repairs. Never came, finally they refunded part of our unit cost and after a long search we settled on a Samsung unit at our local Best Buy which is 80 miles from our home. The sales people were awesome, I already read everything he told me, No Smoke, No Pressure, just facts, extended warranty questions were answered completely. Delivery crew was excellent. we are very happy with this purchase, Nice to have a freezer that works again, The sad thing was, we had been using the other companies products totally since 1974, bought from our local appliance store, he retired. the company had no one in our state who could repair the unit we had. So, we now have one different brand appliance in our home, they are getting along just great. Possibly more to come. Have a awesome day everyone.

Great refrigerator and technology! Has helped reduce and save energy with door thru door feature, and it comes in handy to have all your essentials right there without having to fully open the refrigerator.

This fridge is big we really like the door in door feature would have given it 5 stars but the storage on the door that the ice maker comes through is very small with narrow shelves but all in all very nice

The french doors is so much better then a side by side and there is a ton of room for storage in the fridge and the freezer. the water and ice is great as well the water comes out so cold.

within the first month was given problems. Chunks of ice in freezer. The technician came and fixed it. Shouldn't have caused any problems since it was brand new

This refrigerator is beautiful and I like the showcase door too. I had had a side-by-side that I hated--not enough room. The only comment I have is that the ice cubes stick together, but I don't consider this a huge problem.

We kept running out of ice with our last fridge... no more! I work from home and drink iced tea all day, and my wife doesn't work and is a fish with water, so there's no time where we are gone long enough for a fridge to catch up on ice. In the month we've had this, we've run it out once, and 1 hour later, we had ice again and didn't notice it run out/low again. Our last fridge would run out, and take days to catch up. The overall layout of this fridge is really nice, with a lot of space for everything. The door in door feature is really nice to pull out just the milk or creamer, or a soda, without opening the whole fridge.

This is the best refrigerator that I have ever bought. It has plenty of room for everything you need, and the space is varied as to different sizes. The operation is quiet and the ice maker puts out more than enough ice for my use. Also, the exterior is easy to clean.

It is beautiful and functional. Seems very large inside, outside wipes clear of prints with just a damp rag. Only one little draw back, unable to remove the ice as to pour into a container.

Have nothing to say about service, it was the best. The refrigerator is great with alot of room and storage. Only down fall is the ice despenser is slow cubed or crushed just to slow.....

So far, I have no complaints and the refrigerator is everything I'd hoped it would be. I'm disabled and the French Door model has made every day use much easier.

We had an overpriced counter depth unit that failed and replaced it with this one and we could not be happier. Yes, it sticks out a little more from the counter, but the extra space is sooooo worth it.

We were thrilled when our new Samsung showcase refrigerator was delivered and fit like a glove in the space our previous side by side occupied. Although magnets do not stick to the stainless steel front, our magnets still stick to the sides. Samsungs design with the ice maker above allows for all the freezer space to be used for storage while only minimum impact on refrigerator space. The convenience of water and ice in the door is well worth it. Our refrigerator is appealing to the eye, very quiet, and very dependable with a 10 year warranty on the motor.

Samsung - Showcase 27.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless-Steel - had it for a month now and don't know how I've lived without it! I've experienced none of the negative issues written about in other reviews. Water dispenser works without a problem, excellent stream, no drips. Ice machine is awesome. Quiet running. Storage space and accessibility are unparalleled!

The refrigerator is very roomy compared to the side by side i replaced of similar size. The freezer I still need to get used to being on the bottom does seem to have more room too.

We love the compartments in the fridge and the ice maker but the only thing we would have liked different is I wish we could get out more ice instead of just from the front of it!

This fridge has lots of nice features that makes it great. It works well for our family. Pros: - Large, lots of storage and organization - Showcase door is great for everyday items like milk, juice, etc. - Freezer compartment large with full width tray for frozen pizzas, dinners, etc. Minor cons: - Need to open both doors to get to the cold cut drawer - Fingerprint magnet - Not a lot of door storage on ice dispenser side Minor cons aside, this is an excellent fridge. May need to upgrade the rest of the kitchen to Samsung appliances.

So happy with our new fridge, the fridge space is enormous and love the french doors that allows for more access to what we use more frequently. The showcase door is very convenient. We read a lot of comments about how loud the fridge is and I will say it is louder than our previous 16 year old fridge but it shouldn't be a show stopper. My guess is that in a few more days it will hardly even be noticeable.

Door in Door option is very much handy for entire family. My entire family likes the fridge.

Great refrigerator and freezer! Don't have a single complaint. (Although ice maker is too small.). We love the privacy door. We put our most used items I there and don't have to open the whole refrigerator. I how much storage room it has!
