The 2 different ice sizes is awesome and i also like having it hooked up to samsung smart things app! That way if one if my kids leaves the door open it alerts me!! It has a beautiful exterior which is easy to keep clean and no prints! the color looks amazing in our kitchen.The only thing I would change is the over size of the ice cube tray. Most people loved it but I don't need that much ice.

I was unable to be there but my friend was available to help with them getting in and out of my house. Cleared a path for them and made it very easy for them to get in and out swiftly. Fantastic job !

Of course it’s past the warranty period and god forbid you get a tech to service it because most techs nowadays are taught by YouTube and they think they know it all. I took the freezer panel out and to my surprise the left screw that holds it wasn’t even attached to the fridge! The fan was working and there was no frozen water on the coil. I am guessing that the fridge is low on Freon because I put a thermometer in the fridge as well and it shows 47 degrees when it’s set to 37 but of course the fridge temp display shows 37 for fridge and 0 for freezer. I put a thermometer in the freezer and it read 39 degrees. The front fascia of the fridge is very easy to dent. Fridge looks nice but many other fridges look nice too. Samsung is good for TVs and cell phones only.

Kindly perform the troubleshooting guide and check the suggested temperature for the fridge and freezer from the manual below to help elevate the cooling efficiency of this fridge. Turn to pages 42 to 43, "Fridge and Freezer," and page 79, "Fridge/freezer does not operate. Fridge/freezer temperature is warm."
