Absolutely amazing job ! Delivery and Installation was perfect. I was unable to be there but my friend was available to help with them getting in and out of my house. Cleared a path for them and made it very easy for them to get in and out swiftly. Fantastic job !

Not even two years old and it already broke down. The freezer now is not able to freeze. Of course it’s past the warranty period and god forbid you get a tech to service it because most techs nowadays are taught by YouTube and they think they know it all. I took the freezer panel out and to my surprise the left screw that holds it wasn’t even attached to the fridge! The fan was working and there was no frozen water on the coil. I am guessing that the fridge is low on Freon because I put a thermometer in the fridge as well and it shows 47 degrees when it’s set to 37 but of course the fridge temp display shows 37 for fridge and 0 for freezer. I put a thermometer in the freezer and it read 39 degrees. The front fascia of the fridge is very easy to dent. Fridge looks nice but many other fridges look nice too. Samsung is good for TVs and cell phones only.

The compressor broke after 11 months. Samsung drug their feet and delayed the warranty process for 3 weeks so they wouldnt have to cover it. Now I've been waiting another 3 weeks to get it fixed under my best buy warranty. Dont buy this garbage, my last refrigerator lasted for 10 years without any issues. Breaking in less than a year then having to go 2 months without a working refrigerator is really bad. I wish I hadnt bought this. Honestly Best Buy warranty isnt much better nobody tells you it takes 3-4 weeks to fix major appliances.

We've owned this for 7 months and the ice maker is already not working properly. I'm getting big chunks of ice instead of cubes or bites. Also, the bottom shelf doesn't disassemble so it can be cleaned. (If there's a way, I haven't found it yet) Samsung is almost impossible to reach regarding warranty work.

Serious Design Flaw

I am so sorry I bought this refrigerator! I've only had it three months, and until this past weekend, I loved it. Then, raw meat juice spilled on the bottom shelf and got trapped between the glass and the plastic. I was able to remove the shelf, but there is no way to remove the glass. Customer service was no help. After waiting one hour to speak to a representative, I was told there is no way to remove the shelf on this model. So this is what I am left with (see pic). It's disgusting, and I am furious!

It's cute and everything but there's no way you can remove the glass to clean it... we tried to find tutorials and everything and this model is the only one that comes like this. So those spills have been forever there because I can't clean them we tried everything I even contacted samsung support and they told me this "The glass which is inside the shelf cannot be removed and I request you to use mild soap water or pressurized water to clean the glass." but it's impossible to clean it like that

There was a dent on the freezer door that was hidden by protective plastic that we left on protect from dust. When we removed the plastic, dent was visible and Best Buy would not help because it was after 15 days

We have had this fridge for 16 days and the door broke.
The vertical divider between the doors hinges on a weak plastic clip.
Now the left door must be forced close and the right door wont close unless the left door is already closed.
I'm honestly shocked that the simple act of closing the doors is an issue for this unit.
Let's see how long it takes to repair and if its covered by warranty or not...

We got 67 days of use. Fridge and freezer are now warm and food is thawing. Samsung service is just a scripted troubleshoot process that took 4 hours and repeated steps I already followed from Samsungs website.

It should not take 5 delivert appointments to get my fridge.
It took approximately 50 phone calls, 9 trips back to the store (Mansfield ma) and several emails to get my fridge delivers.
I shod have purchased from Home Depot or Lowes.
