Skeptical about the freezer drawer, but so far I am very happy with it. Plenty of space. Only downside is that the ice machine doesn't crank it out as fast as I would like.

I’ve been so in love with my new fridge, I just stand in my kitchen and stare at it it’s so perfect can fit soo much food! The delivery was outstanding the service men came and removed my old fridge I thought that was an amazing aspect a lot of places don’t do that. They were so kind and respectful! I’d definitely buy another major appliance with Best Buy 100% recommend this fridge as well! I love that when you open it it lights up beautifully!

I had a problem with first delivery that the cooling systems is not working but the Bestbuy was able to get me new one. After that so far I don’t have any problem with unit. The cooling is really good I like the size of it it perfect for a family of 6 people. Plenty of space for cold items to store and ice machine makes everything fast. The door has controlls and really easy to navigate those.

It has taken a little while to get used to, but this refrigerator really turned out to be a great fit. We picked this up when our counter depth refrigerator died, and man this has so much more space and only sticks out a couple inches more. Great features, good layout and really fits everything we needed.

This refrigerator is almost everything we were looking for at a great price. It's big and roomy and love thee no fingerprints feature. The only thing I can complain about is that the doors don't automatically close.

Happy with my purchase. I've had the fridge for 2 weeks now and would purchase again. I knew the left door wouldn't have much space going in because of the water/ice dispenser and the reality of losing half of the door storage is a little bit if a pain but there is so much room inside the fridge it makes up for less door storage. The ice dispenser is a little slow, especially for crushed ice, but I'm not unhappy. I do have to make sure both doors are fully open to get into the bottom slide-out drawer, but it's a nice storage place for cheeses & meats. It took me a month, and a lot of research & review reading, to make my decision. Best Buy had the best price, the fridge has met my expectations and am happy with my purchase.

Great fridge, much quieter than our old Frigidaire. Only drawback is there's no tray under the water dispenser and no light there either. Otherwise, it's been a great fridge!

Just l Iove this refrigerator. Lots of room, only one thing not liked. You can't see how much ice you have ready.

When our top-freezer refrigerator needed replacing, I was initially reluctant to switch to this 3-door French door model with the freezer at the bottom, but my husband talked me into it, and I’ve been very happy with the decision. I like not having to bend down to grab fruit and vegetables. The freezer has a pull-out drawer above a deeper drawer with 2 sections, so it’s easy to organize. There was also sufficient space for holding our holiday meals - turkey, etc. My only negative is the lack of space for taller beverage containers, e.g., milk, o.j., juice, etc., so we lay them down on the bottom shelf.

I think it is a very good refrigerator for the price! It has a lot of space in it! I wish the ice maker made ice faster but it does the job!

Great fridge and good price I really like how much room and configurations that are available on it.

Old side-by-side died end of July. Looked all over St. Louis - stock very low and/or delivery was going to take weeks. Finally, found this one at Best Buy. To be honest it was a little bigger and a little more money than I had hoped but pandamic making pickings very slim. Best part could be delivered within 4 days of purchase. Glad that I now have it. Lots of refrigerator room and "ez glide" freezer door is a pleasure. Delivery guys were very nice and explained all I had to know. Took away old refrig/freezer and entire delivery took only about 40 minutes.

Excellent fridge. It’s quiet. The size is perfect to organize all your food items. I love it that I get to put my gallons of milk on one side.

Part of a Samsung 4 piece special purchase, remodeled an entire kitchen. Really like the 2 drawers in the freezer and didn't want the extra technology of a display on the door (or the cost!), this serves me well. I can see why some might like the extra horizontal drawer separate from the other doors since you have to open both upper doors to pull that drawer open and I tend to use it more often (I keep all my cheese in it). Once it stopped making ice, I turned the temp down a little figuring it was freezing the water coming into it and that seemed to fix it. It's not a large ice bin but plenty enough for 2 of us - we can make extra ice ahead of time if having a need for more and keeping it frozen. The ice/water in the door won't operate if either door is open. Nice alarm features for open door/drawer too long, temp setting to xx degrees, etc.

Love this fridge, super easy to install. I love the pull out drawer it’s perfect for snacks.

We’ve had this refrigerator for a month now and are super happy with it. It is extremely roomy and looks great. The only thing I would’ve given more consideration is I wish I would’ve given more thought to purchasing the one with access to the lower drawer (the smaller drawer below the French doors and above the freezer) from the outside rather than only from the inside. I use the lower drawer quite a bit and have to open both doors to access it. In addition I would recommend paying the extra $35 for them to set it up upon delivery ONLY because we ended up having to clean up the majority of the plastic that it is packed with that they didn’t take off which was time consuming and tedious.

Very stylish and sleek. Fingerprint resistance is a plus. Not happy with the ice and water dispenser. You have to press buttons to select. Water doesn't always come out cold.

Just what I was looking for. Plentifull of space and great flexible shelf stocking. Ice dispenser could use some improvemets though not to drop the ice out of small recipients or leak water drops from little poieces of melting ice

Quiet operation, great cooling. Our old refrigerator had cold spots on the door that would freeze milk; but this model has all-around cooling and EVERYTHING is uniformly cool. After switching from our previous side-by-side to the French Door model, I miss the extra door storage for drinks and condiments; but the height-adjustable, full width shelves have afford plenty of adjustable storage space. Love the clear drawers; produce would rot in the old refrigerator because I'd forget it was there. Not happening with this one! The in-door ice and water is a necessity at our house, but it does take up door shelf space. So compared to the old side-by-side, I would definitely choose this one again. And you can't go wrong with a 10-year warranty on the compressor!
