Its a known Samsung problem and they have done nothing to fix. Then best buy transfers phone calls from one area to another where you wait on hold and then get disconnected. POOR POOR SERVICE.

Had the samsung team try to fix it and it still broke after. So disappointed.

We had to settle on the black stainless since ALL black frigdes were out of stock or backordered (2 of our orders were canceled). Our previous french door fridge did have a dispenser, which is nice, BUT it does take up shelf room on that door. So far, the fridge is working perfectly.

Looked up the manufacturers warranty and found that this refrigerator is 4 years old! They sold us an old fridge. Never again.
