    Right now in the que to chat with an agent as my freezer went today and all of my food is now defrosted. Extremely disappointed for the price that I paid.

    Mechanically a great refrigerator, ice production( like all French doors) is terrible. The black stainless is nothing but a sticker, therefore scratches very easily.

    The refrigerator stopped cooling after only 2 months from delivery, which was made in September. I notified Samsung since it has a 1 year warranty, and although they contracted a local technician to assess the refrigerator, the technician has not been able to fix it after 3 weeks of cancelled appointments. The technician has given several excuses for each cancellation, including delayed parts and missing tools. This purchase was a huge mistake. All of my food had to be thrown away and I have still received no timeline on when the refrigerator will be fixed.

    I've owned this product for about a year now and I have already had 3 service calls on it. I'm even having another problem with the icemaker (3rd time) right now!

    Lots of space also love the idea that the freezer is at the bottom which comes with two lg draws as well and I am able to get ice and water at my fingertips............. please make sure u get the correct measurement of entry doors

    2 years in and ice maker is dead. If you want a questionable purchase go all in. Also have to turn water line off to change water filter.

    The beautiful black chrome finish really does a great job of "resisting" fingerprints. The only negative that I can think of is that the shelves on the doors do not hold as many items as I expected due to being relatively narrow.

    Delivery could not have been smoother. Delivery guys brought it in and hooked up quickly, then moved our old fridge to the basement and hooked it up. All with a friendly smile. We could not be happier!

    Ice maker replaced once, still barely makes ice. Compressor replaced once, still has trouble keeping a temperature. Just not a good model.

    Do not buy Appliances from this company please! I ordered mine online after looking at them in the store and after a lot of phone calls to the call center and local store, i still do not have my refrigerator and stove (that I spent a lot of money on) and the best part is my order status says it has been delivered to my home! Cannot get anyone to give me an answer from the call center or any store, they all say they will have someone call me back within 24 hours and it's been going on for 3 days now. I refuse to wait any longer, I am disputing the charges on my CC.

    Below are links to the videos I received from Samsung on cleaning the crisper drawers and glass above. This refrigerator is in a vacation rental property and needs to be cleaned after EVERY stay, which makes this a completely unacceptable refrigerator. I cannot imagine why anyone would design a fridge just asking for mold, hair, dirt etc. to be trapped and so difficult to clean. You cannot ask a cleaning team to clean that.     The only downside is the shelves are fixed, so tall items do not fit on the shelf or anywhere else in the refrigerator.

    I dont know what say and how to say it. We purchased this refrigerator 8/17/21. Until now September 11, 2021 we haven't enjoy it. They came 8/24 but they cant installed it for they said they have no experiencedfor built in. They re- schedulled it 9/06/21 but they did not showed up. They came 9/7/2 and again they said they cant for they dont have knowledge with built in. Now they re- scheduled to come in our house on 9/14/21. So dissapointed way dissaponted. Pls pls work on this case

    Don’t waste your money it’s very noisy I’ve been having problems with it since day 1 ..had Best Buy come make a repair for the noise and it’s still making all kind of noise …wish I would of bought a different fridge other then samsung

    I bought this item in Sept. 2020 and since then I've had to call someone to repair this refrigerator 4 TIMES & THE SAME PROBLEM CONTINUES!!!! First, my food vegetable were going bad, my freezer items seemed "warm" & the ice & water dispenser was leaking, they came to "fix" that. Second The ice & water dispenser was leaking, AGAIN, to mention on my wood floor & there was mold in the ice compartment(which at this point should of been enough reason to replace the refrigerator but they didn't) & they " fixed" it again, I had to call them twice about that one. Now, GUESS WHAT??? my water & ice dispenser is STILL leaking on my wood floor(yes, I'm taking pictures) which will soon become damaged due to continuous water leakage. Oh, the tech guy, El-Mustafa, has yet to return my calls or text messages and let me not forgert to mention every time I call to complain or ask for service or replacement, they keep me on hold for over 1 hour and hang up. The warranty offered by BEST BUY is a scheme. I keep calling & same results. does anyone have the REAL CORPORATE number where I can get some real help??????
