    This fridge was better than I expected. I was hesitant to purchase because I wasn’t in love with the look online, but I’m so glad I moved forward with it. The color is beautiful and the fridge itself is functional.

    The appliances are beautiful. Only problem was mis-measurement of the refrigerator. However, the inhouse sales immediately assisted in re-ordering the correct size and arranged for shipping and delivery while in the store.

    The refrigerator works well. However, did not realize did not have a light with using the water/ice dispenser as the last several refrigerators we had came with that.

    Don't Buy - Cooling Issues within a few months!

    It hasn't even been a year and this product is failing. The fridge randomly stops cooling and my food goes bad. I'm not sure if it's defective or this happens commonly. I've had BB and Samsung support come and they both cannot pinpoint the issue and nothing has fixed it.

    Fridge works great. Surprisingly the refrigerator is slightly louder than my 20 year old Frigidaire.

    Open box mess up

    Upon delivery there was further damage to tge fridge i purchased than what was shown on the show room floor. The entire bottom near the compressor was caved in. After all the alterations i did bc of the pre inspection requirements I now have xabinets half cut hanging above my old fridge

    Ice maker jams and wont release ice but if you ooen the door ice falls everywhere

    Unrepairable after 13 months

    Do not recommend. Fridge purchased 13 months ago. Warranty is for 12 months. Few weeks ago this fridge just stopped working. Was told it was a bad compressor after paying for "labor" (for a Samsung technician to come out and diagnose). Rescheduled to get their new compressor installed. Long story short, the fridge is unrepairable. Literally. Samsung wants to replace it with an identical one. However, was able to get a prorated refund.

    Worked for less than a month.

    Everything worked great for 28 days. Waiting for Samsung to come out and repair or replace the issue. Was told it could be weeks before things are fixed. With three small children at home that is definitely not ideal.

    The shelves on the door are awkward and I can't fully utilize them. Otherwise, I love it! The black stainless steel is beautiful.

    Employees didn't seem familiar with product (he did not Evan know they had dishwashers it took 2 hours to write up pa and it took 3 people to do so

    Best buy is not good at their service. In fact, how I wonder why other big companies are selling their brand under such third class service company not sure. Best of luck. I will never buy anything from best buy ever.

    Purchased Jan 31 had delivered first week of feb and not even 3 months of use and the whole cooling system has to be replaced. I will be two weeks without a fridge or freezer in my house.

    This is the 2nd item I receive that is defective. since I passed the date of the return without any issues I had to contact Samsung to aid in repairing my equipment. I've had a Samsung refrigerator before and it had 8 years. not sure why I've had so many issues with this refrigerator. Also, the Dispenser area does not have a light to make it easier to see when pouring water at night.

    Damaged goods

    This refrigerator would have been fabulous but it was delivered damaged. Best Buy has hung up on me 4 times in one day and the employees dont have proper notes so you have to explain yourself over and over. Long hold times and disconnects are absolutely going to hapoen with no call back or follow thru.im so disappointed

    LOVE! Fit perfectly and is just stunning. Needs a water line for the ice maker though. Very happy with the purchase and got a great deal too. Will look better after i paint the cabinets!

    Delivered on January 20 2024, not cooling properly on February 06 2024. Now I'm trying to figure out who to get this fixed as Best Buy is trying to send me to Samsung even though I both the fridge from them.

    The fridge is a standard fridge. The design however, is so incredibly poor, it's unbelievable. If you are going to make a bottom shelf that easily gets liquid in between the plastic frame and the glass, then you should make it so the glass can easily be removed. This is not the case. Truly terrible - I regret buying Samsung.
