Still no handle screws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was fine until there were no screws for the freezer handle, called 4 times, once was sent a new handle with still no screws, once had a water hose delivered, once was told to go back to the store and my last phone call was told to call Samsung directly for parts. Still do not have screws to attach freezer handle.

Broke with less than a year and No good support

I have contact Samsung, a technician came to evaluate and said a new ice maker would be needed. No answer from technical support. Samsung proposed to replace the refrigerator, I accepted, but than they rejected it. Another ticket has been created and I am currently waiting to schedule another technician to come and evaluate. This has been almost 2 months. Completely disappointed with Samsung service, it is a complete disrespect with the customer. Please do yourself a favor, save a lot of headache and don’t buy this poor quality tentative of refrigerator.
