Love this fridge, super easy to install. I love the pull out drawer it’s perfect for snacks.

Works great a few weeks into purchase. Happy to have functional out of door ice maker and cold water. Overall it's great. Downsides include lack of light on the outer door, water/ice don't tend to go straight down into a glass or pitcher but do help clean up the kitchen and dining room floor, and the appendage on the left refrigerator door easily gets stuck and prevents it from closing unless manipulated manually. For this price and wait, seems like it should be perfect, but it keeps food cold and not frozen, and it keeps frozen things frozen and not cold, so overall it's great! And so far I'd buy it again.

Large Capacity! Amazing functionality! We absolutely love the look and space that this appliance gives us. Only knock on this would be no light at the water dispenser.

We upgraded from an old white double door hand-me down and this thing has everything we could ask for. Lots of room, excellent lighting and an awesome freezer. Water tastes like good from the filter, we no longer buy bottled water. The only down side is that the ice maker doesn’t appear to have a plastic cup on it so when we get ice pieces fly all over the side and there’s no light on the water dispenser.

it is big and clean. it is finger print resistance. it is easy to see the refrigerator's temperature and humidity.

The appliance is performing as advertised and as expected. It's roomy, it's quiet, and looks pretty good too. This model was chosen because of its size and not having all the bells and whistles that I did not need. Yes I would recommend it to others.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It is very sleek! It operates as expected and provides plenty space for my family. My parents had an older version Samsung refrigerator and have to give them some credit for leading me towards purchasing my own!

Better than the refrigerator that it replaced (Amana) which was awful from day one. I like how easy it is to keep the outside clean. The old one attracted smudges and fingerprints and never looked clean. This one seems to be fingerprint resistant and wipes clean with a magic eraser. The layout of the freezer makes putting the items away and more importantly getting them out easy. The refrigerator section is also nicely laid out. This seems solid and I sure hope it lasts better than the old one

Love this new Samsung. Cools perfectly. The only thing I would change is the water, and ice dispenser which takes up extra room on the inside door. Love the sleekness. Having two freezer drawer's is useful.

Great size inside. I had a side by side LG that stopped working. I was skeptical purchasing this fridge because of the brand being new to the Fridge game. Although its pricy, thys far Im satisfied with my purchase.

Keep frozen the ice maker and must reset every other week

Very spacious. Cools nicely. Like the alarm if you happen to leave it open. LOVE the ice maker. Soft crushed ice.

Love this fridge. It's the perfect size and very quiet. We just moved to a new home. I purchased the counter dept fridge like this one in 2020 and it was way too small. The water dispenser on this new fridge is great. The water does not fall on the floor like the counter dept version. The freezer is quite spacious. Overall, a very good looking and practical refrigerator! We love it.

I purchased this refrigerator based on the size and brand. My last fridge, LG 31’ was exceptional but lasted only 9 years. Although 2’ less, it seems much smaller. The inside LED is nice but pretty standard these days. I’m not a fan of the large ice maker compared to the in-door maker of LG. It’s also a little noisy. There is no light when dispensing water and ice. The options for shelf placement is limited. The freezer compartment could be a little roomier but I intend to not keep as much in there. I’m still getting used to it.

Exceptionally pleased with my new refrigerator! Not only does it offer ample space for storage, but the layout is incredibly practical, allowing for easy organization of groceries. The cooling system maintains a consistent temperature, keeping food fresh for longer periods. A reliable and spacious appliance that perfectly meets my needs. Highly recommend this refrigerator for its functionality and style!

I would give the refrigerator purchase 4 out of five purely because of the hassle I had with the delivery date. This and 3 other appliances were finally delivered on Aug. 14.The delivery driver had to remove the refrigerator door and he failed to adjust the left door so the magnetic flapper between the doors didn't close properly. He also had to remove the door in my house and failed to hang it again. When I tried to get in touch with Best Buy to make these corrections I failed to reach a person who could help provide a solution. On the seventh call a person with Best Buy sent me to Samsung who kindly agreed to send a technician to properly align the doors. I however had to re-hang my kitchen door. Other than that I was satisfied.

We are happy with our decision to buy this particular model. The price was right. Although it does not have adjustable shelves that allow for taller items in the main compartment, we are able to store taller items in the door shelves.

I purchased this fridge for my new home, and got the free installation for it. Nothing to report here other than that its a great fridge! There are 2 things about the fridge though that are odd to me: 1) When you are getting ice from the fridge, it does take a few moments to fire up. It's not a huge deal, but it was something I noticed about this fridge compared to other ones I've used. 2) When you take the ice tray out, it make rotate the mechanism that agitates and moves the ice. So when you go to put back in the ice tray, it may not line up correctly. So you have to rotate the mechanism in the tray just ever so slightly.

Better than I expected. Love the room and easy access to everything in the refrigerator and freezer.

So far very happy with this purchase, plenty of room for items really is fingerprint resistant kind of wish there was also a seperate place for ice cubes besides the door area all in all I am happy
