    we were told and confirmed in July that this refrigerator would be delivered in Aug. No explanation as to why it is delayed. It is paid in full and we are very disappointed in this type of service. Ellen Bawiec

    This product was delivered on December 14 2021 and still waiting on someone to come and installed it. I’m so disappointed. Called several times and no answer.

    Called to get a warranty on item not even 7 days later and they said a warranty isn’t available

    Terrible experience from the delivery to the water line installment. Best buy still hasn't fixed my problem and they promised someone would reach out to me yesterday and never did .

    Hope you don't have copper wiring on yer fridge!

    Y'all wouldn't install my new fridge because I had copper wiring. It's not that hard to do.... the coil you brought connects to the copper wiring. Anyhoo.... now I have a new fridge taking up space at the entrance to my garage. I had a plumber come out, and he said there is no reason why you can't install it.
