BIG unit. That's a plus for me when I needed a new unit. It has a nice finish and plenty of storage space. The lighting inside is excellent.

The only thing that is wrong with this, is the water/ice dispenser. I've never seen or had one that has been so messy. water sure, goes down and in whatever you have cup/glass/etc. But it drips after you are done. We have had to put towel, paper towel, napkin, etc. in the base to soak up how much it drips. Ice...... thing shoots everywhere. You have to have a glass/cup with the biggest opening ever to catch it all, or have your glass like up in the mouth of the dispenser. Otherwise ice in the base or on the floor. And I know is this a common probably with this fridge, as other reviews have said simialr things.

So far the Samsung refrigerator has performed well. Lots of room in both fridge and freezer. I noticed a lot of reviews have had issues with the ice maker being slow or breaking. So far ours has worked fine, one thing to remember the more you use the ice machine the faster it’ll make ice. If you let it set for long periods without using, the next time you use it, the ice machine will not replace that ice as fast as it did when you used it a lot.

Great, only complaints, the ice maker is a bit loud, no light on the in-the-door ice/water dispenser, and if you're using the in-the-door ice/water dispenser and you open the refrigerator door, it will stop dispensing, so you can't multi-task. So if you're getting ice and you want to open the door and pull out your tea (for example) you have to wait. But those are my only complaints, and they are totally first world problems. Everything else is awesome.

Great refrigerator. Exactly what we were looking for. Loads of space. Keeps everything perfectly cold. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a family refrigerator.

This refrigerator/freezer keeps our food at the right temperature. It does have a nice, sleek look and , as stated, the finish is fingerprint resistant. Another appreciated feature is the interior lighting. It is LED and gives the interior a really nice look when one opens the doors. I also like that you can access either the vegetable or fruit bin without opening both doors of the refrigerator. The water and ice dispenser is also very quick. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone, especially to those who need a lot of interior space without huge exterior dimensions. If there is one shortcoming, there isn't an area for a tall item, like a 2-liter bottle of pop. That is not a big enough deal to diminish the quality of this unit.

Overall an upgrade from our previous side-by-side. Disappointed in the ice maker and dispenser. It’s not easy to access the ice maker by hand- say if you want a handful or two of ice to put in a cooler, or just to be quiet! It also doesn’t dispense whole ice cubes, despite that bing one of two ice options. The ice is always broken apart and small pieces go flying everywhere when dispensing into a glass. Not very useful.

I like the spacious size. The ice maker isn't the best but it surely isn't the worst. Maybe i can chafe the settings; i haven't checked. It was just what i wanted.

Absolutely love fridge. The only negative thing is that they don’t make this fridge easy to pull things out and clean. Fridge drawers have random small gaps in front bottom that you can’t get to so you can clean it and when you have kids things get stuck in there so it’s gross. My kids spilled juice and it got under the glass in fridge and I literally ended up breaking corner pieces to lift glass up to rinse and wipe in between the area connected to drawers. Overall, its spacious and works great.

This fridge came at a great price, it's quiet and efficient, and it's customizable. I have several Samsung appliances and televisions in my home, and I am pleased with all of them.

Nice looking fridge and plenty of space. Wish the shelves have more options to move higher or lower in fridge.

Our fridge is gorgeous. We love the look and it's relatively decent for organization. The ice maker sucks though. We've had it replaced once in the first year and are having ice/water buildup again. I really can't say if I would buy the same fridge again.

We love our fridge. Zero issues. The only thing I would add is it needs a light where you fill the water on the door, we bought little button lights that work fine.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator! It’s spacious, but not huge. I enjoy the finger print resistance feature. Makes it easy to wipe down. I wish it had a light where the water & ice dispenser is.

Love the size and capacity. I have to get creative with tall items, though as the shelves do not adjust.

Overall this is a great product - compact in size and offers separate sections for different purpose. Only design feedback that I have is the racks could have been a bit away from each other so that it could fit taller items. For example, the milk or water gallon size does not fit here.

I really like the fridge and it feels a lot bigger than my old one even though it fits in the same space. My biggest problem is the shelf spacing. With the shelfs set the way it was installed you can't fit a milk jug or slightly taller bottles on the bottom shelf. So I moved the shelf up and now its really high but there is almost no gap between it and the top shelf which limits the usefulness of the space in the fridge.
