It’s a Samsung so it’s nice and functions well out of the box but For the price it should have a ice tray . Also came scratched and water dispenser was spraying

Fridge works great. Had a couple of issues with ice maker but it was taken care of under warranty

The refrigerator is wonderful and has so much room inside. It's easy to use and keeps the food at an even temperature throughout the cabinet. The only (small) caveat is I wish it had a larger ice bin for times when I want to fill a cooler with ice, but the ice maker is great.

It's been about 6 months since owning this fridge. Overall I give it a solid 80/100. Although it's a large fridge, the bottom freezer design leaves space limitations for the refrigeration area. With a family of four I feel like the fridge is always "almost full" to the point where I have to move things to get to other things. I also had to place the shelves in a non-standard configuration to make a shelf with enough space for tall fridge items like orange juice or pancake syrup. I think one of the contributing factors for this limited vertical clearance is the meat drawer that lives at the bottom of the fridge compartment, which I find to be too large for just meats so I have considered using that for vegetables and using the vegetable bin for meats. The icebox also takes up a large portion of the fridge compartment. Ice is a necessity where I live, but it seems to be a pretty space-limiting design.

So far it's great! Bought on open box so don't mind the few dings. Love that I don't have to bend down to get something out of the fridge.

I’m very satisfied with this refrigerator except for one thing. The ice maker doesn’t produce ice very fast which means we regularly have to buy some. We never had this problem with our old one.

I love my new fridge. It has nice size drawers and I love the wide door shelves that hold even the the widest jars! It has alot of storage in the freezer also. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

I’m happy with my first Samsung 27 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator- Stainless Steel. It’s running really quiet and nicely designed inside and out. This is my replacement for the old one. So far so good with the Samsung Refrigerator, hopefully it will work for a long time.

Works well, but I wish the ice maker produced more ice cubes at a time. Delivery should be improved. It took 2 weeks to get fridge!

This is my 3rd Samsung refrigerator. I really wanted the french-door type and this is, by far, the best refrigerator I've ever had. Storage is flexible and there is lots of room and options. I love the rapid ice maker and the power cool and power freeze functions.

Great size, beautiful Fridge... but no lighting under the water/ice dispenser. That should be standard issue on a fridge over $1800. Seriously Samsung? Seriously...

So far no problems. I do wish there would be a light at the water/ice dispenser.

The large capacity of this refrigerator is excellent. Plenty of space for all of my food, and the chest freezer section is do much bigger than my previous refrigerator. I love the ice and water dispenser, so easy to operate Im very satisfied.

This thing is HUGE. It's hard to find a fridge which can hold the 8 gallons of milk my boys will drink in a week. This is amazing and perfect for our family! I can now get rid of 2nd deep freeze because the freezer is finally big enough to store all our items too!

Great refrigerator. Love the space and look, but i gave it 4 stars bcus it's not fingerprint resistant. I literally fund myself wiping the refrigerator down daily.

Praise the Lord! Hey Ya'll! I found Mr. Espinosa to be very efficient and well informed. I also loved the way the Geek Squad tech Mr. Martinez was very affective and talk about a genius who has it all together. Ya! Mr. Anthony and Jean where very helpful in solving any situations that took place and the delivery guys where accurate and precise. The only things I felt they could work on was that Mr. Espinosa could try to answer his inquiries in a timely manner. The delivery and set up crew was a bit too quick. I never got to express my appreciation and tip them. They left rather quickly. In and out kinda thing! Ya! I have been shopping at BestBuy since Bose headsets and Beats and have no regrets. Thank you BestBuy and G2G! B Blessed ya'll!
