Great fridge and good value for money. Only thing that could be better is the ice dispenser.

I am reading other reviews that have similar issues to the one we are now having. They all have to do with the ice maker. Everything else so far is fine. We haven’t begun the repair process. I’ll update this as that transpires. Three design flaws: - the ice maker is slow - the dispenser sprays ice everywhere - ice itself is fairly choppy and not whole The ice maker is slow as others have said. It’s a design flaw but doesn’t render the machine unusable. Another design flaw which could be an actual manufacturing flaw is the way it dispenses ice. Unless you get a large cup right under the chute, you’ll get shards of ice on the shelf, your hand, and the floor. The whole ice is barely whole. At times we think we accidentally are on the crushed setting. The issue we are having is now the ice isn’t dispensing. My wife saw the ice jammed up inside, which others have experienced. In addition the ice dispenser is leaking. I would not recommend this fridge. We will see how the product protection I purchased works out.

Love it so far. It has good storage, looks great and the freezer is a nice size.

Exceeded expectations in every area but one. My only complaint is that it should have a light on the water dispenser. The selection light doesn't help.

Ice drops cubs all over the floor. Don’t like the ice dispenser

I purchased this Samsung Refrigerator in September and have been happy with it. It maintains the set temperatures properly, has a nice bright light inside to find what you are looking for. The drawbacks are, there isn't a light on the ice/water for use at night. You have to put on the overhead light, also the freezer draw doesn't come out far enough for you to be able to find what you are looking for, it would be nice to have it come out a few more inches, then maybe you would be able to see in the top draw.

It’s really good refrigerator a lot of space and keeps the food well preserved. It’s very beneficial and I love the way it looks and how it’s set up.

This has to be the best fridge I have ever bought. The fridge has a large amount space inside fridge and freezer. Starting with the fridge part. The shelves are spaced out perfect and made out of high grade material. The ice maker doesn’t take much room in this compartment. When we plugged in the water, it started making ice in lightning speeds. Speeds I have seen in any other fridge I have seen before. The freezer gets real cold and ultra large. I like to have the drawer freezer way over the freezer on top. The indoor water and ice dispenser is perfect. Over the perfect fridge.

I've had it for very little so far, but I live all of the features. Everything is in front of me, I get bird's eye view of everything I have in the fridge, I know exactly what I have and find it easily

Like my new refrigerator with the exception of while using the ice maker little fragments of ice fly outside of glass/cup.

Looks great and has great capacity! The LED lights on the inside Illuminate every square inch. The ice dispenser works flawlessly and have yet to run out of ice and we use a lot! Would recommend!

Great refrigerators, plenty of room which is what we wanted, great buy. The installers were great.

I bought this because i was having trouble with another brand i had for a few years. once the other warranty expired i replaced with this. a majot positive difference!

Did a fair amount of comparison shopping - but in terms , price, features, and durability. Best Buy had both the brands and styles I was looking for in my price range and they were great values.

Love the french door style. Looks great. Price was excellent

Had some problems with it after a year or two of buying it. Completely shutdown, and now after 3 years the control panel for the ice maker doesn’t work.

So far so good. Very spacious and cool looking refrigerator

Refrigerator has been performing very well, love the stainless steel color, the room inside for numerous items, and the quietness.
