Ice cream is frozen solid' and haven't ran out of ice cubes. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Samsung Freezer Fiasco

About 3 weeks ago, the freezer unit went out. I've had a repair technician here 3 times and the last time he said the freezer coils (which are INSIDE the refrigerator) were bad and it's a manufacturers defect and cannot be repaired. So, in essence, I have to get a new refrigerator. Needless to say, I'm a bit disappointed. FYI, the refrigerator section works just fine.
