Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional during his visit with us. Kudos to Kyle for being top notch

Loud ice maker

Our appliances have always managed to be a hand me down. From that retrospect it's great. But the ice maker is quite loud. I will hear it in the middle of the night just drop. But other than that seems to be working alright. That said, we've had it little over a year.

Went with this refrigerator because of reviews, looks and success with other Samsung products. Very pleased with refrigerator. Only complaint is you have to push doors all the way in to shut. Cannot just push and expect to close. Otherwise easy to manage controls, shelves easily adjust.

Best Buy exchanged it and this one seems good. We like the amount room inside and how it's designed. Freezer at the bottom works out well.

Bad cooling system

This is a known issue on this fridge. Cost to replace parts are nearly as much as the fridge.
