Very good, spacious, and well-made refrigerator. Good for the price and would recommend.

So far we love it! Sometimes with we could get to the ice without it coming out the door but that’s not really a problem. The ice comes out party crushed on the cubed setting. But the ice is perfect and our favorite feature. It holds its shape well but after it been in liquid awhile it easily crunches and melts in your mouth.

I love this fridge. Keeps everything nice a cold. Easy to adjust the temperature of both the fridge and freezer. It’s very spacious also!

We bought this refrigerator brand new during a sale that timed perfectly with us closing on our house. Delivery was great. Then 3 months later, out of the blue, I come home and the ice was completely melted and leaking out of the water dispenser. I opened it up and there was no cold air whatsoever. It took 2 days of chatbots with Samsung to have someone come out and look at it. The repair guy said it is fixable but the part needed is on indefinite backorder (essentially the part that does the cooling needed replaced). The guy said it was basically a large paperweight at this point. Samsung wouldn’t exchange it for a new one either. Luckily we were able to get a refund from Samsung which was about a 6 week long process. They only refunded what we paid and since we got it on sale we only got the sale price back which wasn’t enough to pay for another refrigerator. We were also responsible for getting rid of it as well which was a mess. The repair guy said he had been seeing a lot of Samsungs with this same issue.

I am very pleased with the product. Inside has a lot of space and so does the freezer.

I like my new fridge, but the refrigeration portion is vertically challenged. You can fit lots of wide items, but not tall items. Also ice falls out of the ice maker every time I open the refrigerator door.

Great buy for the price. This refrigerator received amazing reviews. Have had it for a month now and it has not disappointed!

Cant tell you how much of an upgrade this is from the 10+ year old fridge we had in the house we bought. Cools great, and looks modern.

This fridge is very good, it’s exactly what I want, the space is good and the freezer is very spacious and manageable.

Great we needed more space, which we now have. The only reason why I took off a star was because I wish that the top shelf had taller space. I prefer to put drinks at the top, and gallons of milk, juices don’t fit there, they have to be laid flat. Which takes space away. :(

The water dispenser doesn’t have a light.. for at night use it’s not good. Also the water dispenser has a tray to catch water, it hasn’t even been a year and it’s crusty like if it’s years old.. I keep it clean trust me and it still gets crusty.

Fridge looks amazing. I love the LEDs. The information panel on the inside is awesome. I wish the large shelving could have a few more options on spacing, but overall it works. The rapid freeze/cool features for the refrigerator and freezer is amazing, it made setting it up much quicker and allowed us to put food and frozen items in it much faster.
