Love my new refrigerator. So easy to see everything and so easy to keep clean.

Seems so far like a good fridge. The freezer could open a little more, but seems to do the trick. The one issue is the door closing mechanism. While some doors close smoothly, these need a little more pushing to engage the hinge. Occasionally I hear the ding when the door stays open, but I bet when my kids start using it, I'll be hearing it all the time.

This is perfect. I’m always used samsung and it’s working great and very smooth

Working well in my kitchen and I am enjoying the ease of removing things from the freezer. Glad I bought it.

Very nice refrigerator. Easy to operate. Keeps food cold in the fridge and frozen in the freezer.

We bought this refrigerator brand new during a sale that timed perfectly with us closing on our house. Delivery was great. Then 3 months later, out of the blue, I come home and the ice was completely melted and leaking out of the water dispenser. I opened it up and there was no cold air whatsoever. It took 2 days of chatbots with Samsung to have someone come out and look at it. The repair guy said it is fixable but the part needed is on indefinite backorder (essentially the part that does the cooling needed replaced). The guy said it was basically a large paperweight at this point. Samsung wouldn’t exchange it for a new one either. Luckily we were able to get a refund from Samsung which was about a 6 week long process. They only refunded what we paid and since we got it on sale we only got the sale price back which wasn’t enough to pay for another refrigerator. We were also responsible for getting rid of it as well which was a mess. The repair guy said he had been seeing a lot of Samsungs with this same issue.

Absolutely love this fridge so far. It is quiet, roomy, led lights are bright, and the whole thing just looks sleek.

Salesman was great, delivery guys were great. Unfortunately there was a large dent on the large upper right door, and two smaller dings on the bottom freezer door. Also, they could not get the water dispenser to work. Delivery guy created a report and said it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, 3 weeks went by with no attempts to make it right. We got the run around and had to wait on hold several times just to talk to someone to see what was going on. After finally getting to talk to a live person, there was no record of a report with a request for a new fridge or new doors?????? And we still continue to wait. Bummer!

Has one 2inch dent below ice maker. Otherwise nice looking
