Unfortunately there was a large dent on the large upper right door, and two smaller dings on the bottom freezer door. Also, they could not get the water dispenser to work. Delivery guy created a report and said it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, 3 weeks went by with no attempts to make it right. We got the run around and had to wait on hold several times just to talk to someone to see what was going on. After finally getting to talk to a live person, there was no record of a report with a request for a new fridge or new doors?????? And we still continue to wait. Bummer!

I've only had this fridge for 4 months and it's been repaired 3 times! Twice for cooling issues and another for the door not closing properly and do not get me started on the dishwasher.. They said they can offer me a credit with Best Buy so I can purchase a new one, BUT the cost has gone up $500 since I originally purchased so I would have to pay the additional amount for the same fridge! It's unfortunate because it looks nice and size of space is good but that doesn't matter if it doesn't work!
