Good buy. Ice machine cubes misses glass sometimes when it sprays out. Ice tray doesn’t lock in tightly & we have to push shut.

So far so good, works great. The only quip is that the display is on the inside of the fridge. a display on the outside would be great but not a deal breaker. Does the job and does it well.

Best fridge ever. Fits perfectly in our kitchen. Works like a charm. Ive had my previous samsung fridge for 12 years and the only reason i got rid of it is because we renovated and we needed more space. Let’s see how long this will go for.

Do not buy this model. 2 years out and ice maker has failed 3 times. Additionally water dispenser slows to a crawl until you change the $40 filter. Never lasting more than 1 m and not the recommended 6 months it’s supposed to last. It would be a 4 star without these known issues.

I bought this 1 month ago and So far it's great. The Best Buy sales person Arturo Morales did an outstanding job assisting us. The only issues with the product is very poor design with inside shelves. For design i gave 2 stars only.

This is a really nice refridgerator for the price. I cannot speak to the water feature as our connection is not compatabile :(

So far everything is good on this! The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t have a light on the water/ice dispenser like my old Samsung fridge.

I like my Refrigerator. Feel like it was a good buy. The one thing I don’t like it is not finger print resistant, but other than that the really good refrigerator.

Only had it for a month, so can't comment on longevity. But so far it's been mostly great. Good build quality, cools fast, ice maker is nice and water is always cold =) The only negative to us is that it's pretty noisy at times. The actual operational noises are fairly quiet and tolerable. But when running, sometimes items inside the fridge seem to vibrate and make noise. I've separated glass items, made sure they're not touching, etc. but doesn't make much of a difference. In the end it's still a great fridge if you don't care for some noise. It bothers me, but not others in my home. So your mileage may vary!

Has the 3 door style we were looking for, and was in stock for delivery in a couple of days which was crucial. Many brands and models had a several week wait to get delivered.

Everything has been great with this refrigerator with the exception of the freezer drawer already sticking and not opening up as far as it should. Nothing we cant work around, just gotta pull a little harder sometimes

I really like this new refrigerator. It is very roomy, and the doors open so easily. The filter is right up front, and easy to get to. I had sort of wanted it in white, but they were out of that and I needed it as soon as possible. It was delivered three days later.

We like this new refrigerator but wish the ice maker was in the door like our last one was. It's location takes up more room inside the refrigerator AND the door. It also is a little awkward to remove the ice bin to dump out the ice cubes. We like that the freezer is one large door with an inside sliding drawer. It gives us more room than our last refrigerator that had two separate drawers.

The water Dispenser is small that it takes 1 - 2 minutes to fill a water bottle, not worth buying if you want a reliable water dispenser, other than that the ice and cooling works as intended but for me who wanted a reliable water dispenser im dissatisfied

So far I like everything about my new Fridge. The ice maker is alot quieter than my old one and that is a big plus.

Refrigerator started making a loud noise on the second day. It was a fan behind the icemaker that needed to be replaced. Now it is very quiet. The shelves in the refrigerator are not as adjustable as side by sides, which I do not like. There is barely enough room for a 2L bottle unless I remove one shelf.

Ice Machine barely works. The ice machine is noisy. The water is only cool for the first glass of water if its been sitting for about an hour. Otherwise the water comes out the same temp as the tap. The door mechanism jams regularly so the doors won't close properly. It keeps food cool and the freezer keeps things frozen so it gets 2 stars. Otherwise it would get 1 star. Don't buy this product.
