Only had it for a month, so can't comment on longevity. But so far it's been mostly great. Good build quality, cools fast, ice maker is nice and water is always cold =) The only negative to us is that it's pretty noisy at times. The actual operational noises are fairly quiet and tolerable. But when running, sometimes items inside the fridge seem to vibrate and make noise. I've separated glass items, made sure they're not touching, etc. but doesn't make much of a difference. In the end it's still a great fridge if you don't care for some noise. It bothers me, but not others in my home. So your mileage may vary!

Excellent value, makes ice super fast(takes up to 12 hours if you reset the ice maker). Had a side by side before this, really like the French door design more.

Been working like a charm. Had it for about a month or so and other than a quick filter change not sure how long it was there this has been a great addition.

Everything has been great with this refrigerator with the exception of the freezer drawer already sticking and not opening up as far as it should. Nothing we cant work around, just gotta pull a little harder sometimes

I love the open door alarm. No more telling my kids to close it. It is onlyissing the smart app.

We've had this refrigerator for about a month and, so far, are absolutely thrilled. It has much more usable space than our previous refrigerator and is organized well.

So far fridge works great. Best Buy’s delivery service was also great. They were in and out in 20 minutes and put everything back where it belonged.

Ice Machine barely works. The ice machine is noisy. The water is only cool for the first glass of water if its been sitting for about an hour. Otherwise the water comes out the same temp as the tap. The door mechanism jams regularly so the doors won't close properly. It keeps food cool and the freezer keeps things frozen so it gets 2 stars. Otherwise it would get 1 star. Don't buy this product.

Great condition! Got open-box & works phenomenally. Very happy with this purchase and foresee it as a long-term success as well.

I was skeptical on buying a samsung refrigerator due to some reviews, but it has been nothing short of amazing for the past 3 months!!

As expected. Nothing outstanding that piques interest. Ice tray difficult to get out, freezer door can easily hit foot, door hinges loose and won't close sometimes.

We are really enjoying this refrigerator. It has lots of room to store fruit and vegi's as well as cold cuts. Our biggest concern was storing tall milk cartons, but this frig has lots of options. We are very happy with our purchase!

Great product the refrigerator is awesome. Samsung products are top notch. Bought it for my mother she was thrilled.

So far so good. Refrigerator arrived with scrape along 1 side...no big deal as it won't show. Initial concern was a bent grill in the lower rear of the unit...insulation was showing but insulation wasn't damaged as unit works fine.

The inside lower drawer in the refrigerator is horrible. It feels like it’s constantly broken. I am very disappointed in the quality of the drawer but besides that it’s a great refrigerator
