It replaced a 12 year old Kenmore Elite and it is better in every way possible. The first one arrived dented, but Best Buy instantly arranged for a 2nd one, which is perfect. Very happy with the whole thing.

The drawer (at the bottom of the main food area) almost never goes in correctly/smoothly. 2. The ice maker dispenses very slowly. 3. Not an issue, but a criticism: the shelves aren't adjustable in the slightest, so you're stuck with preset heights.

Wanted something my tall husband could reach into and find things easily and I wanted the water and ice dispenser so we both won! It’s an easy clean surface on the outside. So far so good!

Really like the wider side by side feature with the freezer at the bottom. The water comes out tasting good. Forgot to ask how to keep it shiny. I due notice finger prints easily show up.

They placed it exactly where I needed it. They gave me some instructions about discarding some water and ice initially to clear the water line so there wouldn't be an off taste.

Freezer section is quite large and food stays frozen in 0 degree F temperature. Water and ice dispenser conveniently located in the left door
