Our delivery guys were amazing. Our salesperson Shelly was a delight to work with and extremely helpful. We love our new refrigerator.

Horrible ice maker stay far away

Only 3 months old and it's making a horrible noise while trying to dispense whole cubes. The Ice bucket is completely frozen in place even after running 3 forced defrost cycles. The ice maker is a Completely faulty design that apparently Samsung is fully aware of but refuses to address in any way. I Contacted Samsung support (which took over an hour!) since the fridge is still under warrantee and they said a technician would contact us within 2 business days, so who knows how long we will be without ice. Samsung has lost a customer for life.

Handles are already coming loose, drawers will not slide in and out smoothly. Hinge is loose. As long as it’s closed and no one opens it....it’s good. Would not recommend.

There is so much room for everything. The refrigerator holds so much more than any other one I have owned. The freezer is so much bigger than you would think.

The ice maker is smaller than usual for obvious reasons. So if that is important to you I recommend getting a freezer on the side, not bottom type freezer.
