I wish i would have seen it in person prior to ordering it online. If it werent such a hassle o would have exchanged it for another one. But it was more trouble then it needed to be.

Absolutely the worst value prop for a refrigerator

I will never buy another Samsung appliance as long as I live. Repair technicians came out multiple times every week for 6 months trying to get the ice maker not to leak all over my kitchen. The shelves in the door are incredibly poorly made and very expensive to replace which in two years I've had to replace two.

I risk scratching my wooden floors any time it needs to be pulled out. When it was being installed the technician shoved the fridge so hard into the wall, he bent the shut off valve, and punctured my existing water line. I had to call someone out to replace my water line. Not happy with the Geek Squad's performance. pitiful.

However, taking parts off the fridge, stickers and plastic, installing everything ourselves was such a hassle. Taking the plastic or sticker off was not very clean on the fridge. Wish they stuff and protected the fridge better by not sticking all the foam/plastic wrap so tightly. Parts of the sticky foam and plastic wrap is still on the fridge hinges.
