When the installer put it in he noticed it didnt snap in right, and suggested I go to besbuy to see if others did. Upon going there the floor models were all tight, and the associate suggested just taking one, and trying it. It worked well for the first 3 or so times I had to take it out to empty ice, but is now not snapping in right again.

Purchase this August 29th and it was delivered in September. 3 months later it quits working. Wasn’t stressed Bc I bought the extended warranty. It was still under the manufactures warranty so should be easy right? Wrong, 6 weeks later and 4 technicians later they’re still passing the buck and prolonging this process. I’m furious!!!!!! Technicians says parts aren’t available but SAMSUNG won’t do anything Bc they aren’t writing in repairable on the ticket. Exactly how long am I supposed to wait?????? I have been extremely patient and understanding that there is a process they have to follow but I will never buy Samsung again after an experience like this. Hope this is enough to make you think twice about buying from them because God forbid it stops working they would rather pay 4 technicians $250 service calls than take back their piece of Junk.

Samsung French Door Refrigerator

The installers were very professional when removing our old refrigerator and installing the new one. Initially there was a very slow leak from the external water dispenser, but that stopped within a few hours. We have absolutely no problems since.
