Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received the product July 2nd, it stopped working and neither the refrigerator or freezer was getting cold by July 12th. Called for repair and have to wait until July 29th for service. All my food spoiled and when we unplugged it we found that the men who installed it did not put the water hose on correctly and it was broken and they just pushed it to fit, wrapped with tape and walked away. Very disappointed.

The gasket was not closing refg. door correctly. The next refg came the gasket was worse than the 1st one, gasket was actually hanging off the refg. door. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I told Best Buy I did not want another Samsung. I reviewd other refgs. and ordered the GE. It came in dented and another one finally came. All this started w/Samsung 2/19/2022. I recd. GE last Sat. WHAT A DIFFERENCE, GE IS A REFRIGERATOR & made in USA

Samsung sent out a repair service. They replaced the ice door flap, which stopped the leaking from the door… but it didn’t stop the ice from melting and filling up the ice chute. So now when you want ice, you get a cup of stale water first as it collects.

No good spot for a gallon of milk, bottle of OJ unless you remove a shelf. The freezer is about 1/2cubic foot to small. The pro's .. external water and ice and fingerprint

The reason I gave it 3 stars is that I ordered it with black stainless finish which I have now found out scratches very easily. Definitely would not order black stainless finish again.
