Fridge was making slushy ice & leaking before the so called repair. Making regular Ice now but still leaks all around the ice box and leaves puddles of water in fridge. Don’t waste your money on Samsung refrigerator.

Broke down after 10 days

Called for repair and have to wait until July 29th for service. All my food spoiled and when we unplugged it we found that the men who installed it did not put the water hose on correctly and it was broken and they just pushed it to fit, wrapped with tape and walked away. Very disappointed.

No good spot for a gallon of milk, bottle of OJ unless you remove a shelf. The freezer is about 1/2cubic foot to small. The pro's .. external water and ice and fingerprint

The reason I gave it 3 stars is that I ordered it with black stainless finish which I have now found out scratches very easily. Definitely would not order black stainless finish again.
