The water or ice will not work, it will make ice but it won't come out of the door. We have not been able to set a temperature for either the fridge or freezer,all of the buttons just flash. We are having a horrible time trying to find anyone who will work on a Samsung refrigerator. I had no idea they were this bad. I do not recommend at all
