The ice maker leaks. Ice comes out crushed in cube mode. There is no light in the dispenser. Water stream comes out sideways. It does have some pros. There is a decent amount of room and it looks goods. That’s about it.

If a small bit of crushed ice or water dispenses when selecting cubed ice, and the rest of the ice is cubed, this is normal.

Would get picked up on the 24th which was wrong it did not get picked up till 29 when I called they Said it would be del. Between 2:30 and 7 did no happen was told the del. Was changed to 5th on the 26 Aug the ware got closed 26 and 27 their I was not notified had No correspondence and the 29th was subpose to be delevered did not happen They said the next del.was 5th I bought it on the 21st. My Daughter got one and she Got hers on the 1 st and she bought her on 20 mine was a open box her was not. You don't give information and it was wrong. Even if its an open box they were to pick Up at the store to the warehouse on the 24th in time for Delivery. I hope it works out the reason I bought is the people where helpful but given wrong information. This has been crazy. I managed stores for 44 yrs and I know things happen.

Took 5 times of us setting aside a 6-hour window before it was done right. The first appointment was cancelled late evening before scheduled delivery. The second try the BB folks delivered a scratch-and-dent fridge - not what we paid for. The third try we received a slightly less scratched fridge, but still not acceptable. The delivery crew for this call was extremely rude and unhelpful. The fourth attempt got rescheduled - we only found out because we called the evening before scheduled deliver since we hadn't received a reminder e-mail. Otherwise we would have just sat there waiting for the delivery all day. On the fifth attempt we received good product and the delivery crew was very helpful - but this was over a month after the initially scheduled delivery. And the reason we went with BB in the first place was that the other vendor we worked with, who had a much better price, was going to take 4 weeks. This is no way to do business - I certainly would have expected Best Buy to at least offer some sort of concession after all this. A few hundred dollars off or a product upgrade. But no - apparently BB's perception is that our time is a lot less valuable than theirs. Very disappointed in BB.
