The fridge came with dents. They said they would record it and notify the store so we can arrange for a replacement. I called the store within two weeks to follow up. They never did any of what they said they would. The fridge couldn't be replaced because it was 14 days. Here I am stuck with a dented fridge. Thanks for nothing, BestBuy

Best Biy was great and picked it up and provided a refund right away. I replaced it with the same refrigerator from another vendor. The rellacement works great with no sound at all!
