This fridge is great for what we need. The freezer is huge and has a light in it. The refrigerator has a lot of space in it and is well lit too. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the ice maker cube chute on the left door of the refrigerator limits the amount of space on the shelves inside of the door. Also, the water and ice cube dispenser on the outside of the left door has no light and the water stream dispenses the water too slowly. There is no drain for any water that may overflow also, but that isn't an issue for me, I just want to point that out. Overall, so far, this is a good product. Only time will tell how long it will stay that way. Our last refrigerator lasted over 30 years.

I purchased this unit June, 2020 (during the COVID pandemic), so there was no real opportunity at the time to go to the store and really shop and see what we liked. We relied on various YouTube videos and it seemed like many of the features for Samsung were consistent across the brand. The first thing I was disappointed with was the lack of adjustability of the shelves. There's a diagram to adjust the middle shelf, but in reality, it either wasn't possible, or it was too complicated. Trying to get the middle support reestablished was difficult. Right before Thanksgiving, the ice maker stopped making ice. I called Samsung and they arranged to have a repair company come out. Meanwhile, I found I could reach my hand in above where the ice is ejected and found a few cubes wedged between the maker and the ceiling. That seemed to do the trick; ice making resumed. I called and cancelled service, only for it to do the same thing again a couple days later. Repair company came out 12/10 and replaced the entire ice maker. Well, that worked just fine until today, 12/31; again no ice in the bin. You can see in the photos it's frozen over inside. The freezer bin below is not over-filled, so that can't be the cause. The repair guy had told me that I should try to increase the water pressure but the valve is wide open, so I'm not sure what can be done about that. When it does make ice, it dispenses VERY SLOWLY; it literally takes about 30 seconds to fill a cup with ice, when it should only take about 5-10 seconds max. Other than the ice maker, it seems to work well overall, however I do wish the shelves were more flexible to get those occasional tall items in more easily. I have to say that I really like having the large freezer drawer on the bottom much more than I expected; it's a layout I would definitely recommend. One other thing that irks me; the protective plastic doesn't seem to be able to be be completely removed. Installers did their best, and I continue to pick away at it. Very nice fridge. Very good control settings, door shelves are are somewhat limited as the water dispenser take up some of the shelving. Unable to stand up 2 liter bottles except on the door. Freezer space is good and the water and ice dispenser is very convenient though it leaks sometimes.

Overall the fridge looks good. Has a nice sleek look to it. Lights up nice inside, Lots of room. What I don’t like is the water dispenser drips and my fridge did not come with any kind of catch tray or anything so the water will run down the front of the door. I purchased a silicone drip tray on Amazon and that made a huge difference. The ice maker has such a delay when using the ice dispenser. It feels like it takes too long to fill a cup with ice.

Very happy with the size of the 27 cu. Ft., wanted the 28 but we're sold out and the 27 has plenty of space. At the time of the photo I did not have much in the fridge but after shopping, there is so much room still! Im not sure why saumsung did not have a light near the water fill area but not that much of a issue. Like the clean sleek look.

We love our Samsung refrigerator! The ice maker works great, and we love the door side-by-side feature. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new refrigerator!

The space and compartments inside are great. The ice/water dispenser was the reason I chose this one ignoring some of the negative reviews about the ice maker hoping it was no longer an issue. Well mine is dripping into the fridge and after a 15 min chat with customer service told to cal geek squad. The other thing I don’t like is water dispense is extremely slow and there is no light here. Also, Every time I turn ice maker off it turns itself back on, must be a glitch.

This is the twin of a refrigerator/freezer I've had for years that had seen better days, and I'm completely happy with this new one. It's capacious, clean, with shelves that are easy to reconfigure and a freezer that freezes perfectly. I bought the store demo model at a terrific discount during tax-free month in Florida, and got an outstanding price on it. Delivery was as promised, on time and very efficient. It's also cat-approved; cat was not included in the purchase price, as she is priceless. The refrigerator, while I wouldn't describe it as "priceless," is pretty good too, and I could not be happier with this purchase.

Great fridge for the price. Looks great and has convenient functions. I love how quiet it is and looks less bulky but same size as my old fridge. Definately worth the money.

Would have given five stars but the crushed ice feature is so incredibly slow. Also when ice is dispensing the internal unit pops out of place and you have to open the door and push it back into place. Other then that I like the overall product.

First, my most important need was pricing. The price was the most economical of any other retailers based on this particular model. Ice and water works wonderfully, right now. We've only had this product for a week....fingers crossed. Love how it looks in my kitchen, though! Delivery and set-up was fantastic and pleasant experience with BB agents.

The refrigerator is even better than I expected. Probably the most fanciest one I have ever owned. I love that my food is at eye level and that the freezer has a tray that I use for TV dinners and large buckets below that. So many adjustable shelves in the fridge too. The filtered water is a great feature. I'm so grateful that I purchased this.

Ice maker drips water every time we get ice. When option to get crush ice it takes to long to dispense and when option is change to hole ice it some times gets stock on crush ice. Ice maker is to noisy

Love the Geek Squad installation and removal of the old fridge: it was worth every penny, and they didn’t ding any walls or anything. If your water dispenser is dripping, make sure you run a gallon of water through the water dispenser to get the air out of system, and it will stop. Love the fridge!!!!

I love the color easy to get keep clean. Lots of storage doors open easy this was I added plus on my life.

Very quiet compared to our 18 year old refrigerator that this one just replaced. Love the convenience of the french door model. Very well lit with the LED lighting inside makes it easy to find items. Easy to move the shelves and the filter replacement is in the front for convenience to replace. The fingerprint resistant design actually works!! August 12th purchase but not delivered until Sept 11th was the downside to this purchase. Also not happy with the large potential delivery time window and then being given another time even after it had been delivered!

I love Samsung products. This is my 2nd stainless steel product. My other freeze had and extra drawer but this one is spacious as well.

First one had a flaw with the water filter "dock" im not sure what the real term is. Started leaking all over. Thank god it was within the return window as the Samsung warranty department is a nightmare (dealt with them for my microwave). The second one has been okay but the filter is hard to change and i get super nervous after the issue with the first one. The Samsung filters are also way more expensive than competitors but if I dont use them it could void my warranty. There is a panel between the drawers that lies under the shelf. There is no way to clean it and it is growing what looks like mold. The front door water/ice is awful. There is no tray and the ice shoot drips and the water calcifies around the edge. When i try to clean it off, it removes the paint! It is like 9 months old and looks like crap! AVOID! Pics show the water dispenser issue and the mold issue (i even asked the Bestbuy tech and he said you would have to take it apart to get to that, there is no way to get to it by just lifting the shelf or something. He recommended calling Samsung warranty since it isnt covered by total tech

I love my refrigerator, it fits perfectly in my kitchen. The door open alarm is so loud, it reminds me of a smoke detector. The price was reasonable especially since I qualified for a CC, NO APR for 24mos. You can't beat that.And the freezer is so spacious.
