The refrigerator and freezer works. I don’t have anything to complain about the two. However, the ice maker is complete trash. I should have listened to the other reviews about the ice maker but I went for it anyways cause I like the style. Cubed ice doesn’t exit. It’s great for shaved ice…if you are trying to make snow cones.. And then when it melts it leaks out and corrodes. My suggestion is not to buy if ice is something you want from this refrigerator.

Perfect for our family! Easy to keep organized. Super spacious and we love the design of the freezer. We were worried it wouldn't hold a lot of food but we were so wrong.

We love our fridge. It has a very spacious deep freezer and lots of shelving in the fridge. It has different ice options for regular cubed or crushed ice. It doesn't make the space hot in the kitchen and is scratch resistant. We love our new Samsung.

Has a good space to organice but the shelves on door that have the ice dispenser is bit small, I can only put small size kid juice (what Cotsco sale, the apple juice) and thin snack.

I love the luxurious dark blended color of the stainless steel, it matches perfect with my other black stainless appliances I bought from Best Buy. The ice maker works flawlessly and the freezer has a generous storage bin. I should have bought this earlier because we love it in our home.

You can read all the positive reviews you want about this Samsung refrigerator but I am telling you buy something else. The price is right and it is really nice looking and if you don't need a ice maker then it's probably a 3 star frig. Our first problem was changing out water filter, always change out yearly so I know what I'm doing and it began leaking. Samsung was out twice to service. The last time they brought in a huge box contain parts and that fixed the drip. The ice maker even when it was brand new was real slow to make ice. Then began freezing up and not making ice by this time it three months past warranty and I am still fighting with samsung to get it repaired. Why? Search online "Samsung ice maker problems" and you will see. My own fault, I only read the reviews from Best Buy.

Excellent refrigerator! This new model has amazingly fast cooling. The ice maker and water dispenser is working great. The deep freezer is a definite plus for storing more items.

The finish on our new refrigerator is beautiful. It has ample storage capacity! The ice maker works great and the lower freezer drawers are very convenient. The adjustable shelves are a nice touch. Overall we are very pleased with the quality our purchase.

Beautiful stainless steel refrigerator upon my inspection of Samsung refrigerator I notice a small ding on the door on the right side.
