Its a really nice refrigerator and a lot bigger then we thought it would be.

The finish on our new refrigerator is beautiful. It has ample storage capacity! The ice maker works great and the lower freezer drawers are very convenient. The adjustable shelves are a nice touch. Overall we are very pleased with the quality our purchase.

This fridge is nice. It scratches easily and I wish the ice maker was better (lots of residual ice shavings even with cubed ice) but overall good and nice to have the extra space

Our new fridge, what a beautiful appliance. Everything is working fine. Love the ice maker although crushed ice takes a bit. The locking mechanism on the water is just what we needed for our curious 4 year old.

Really nice fridge! Very roomy and the space is also very usable.

So far so good. Needed one with external ice/water dispenser. A little small on the ice container so we will see if this is able to keep up with the family. Wife has made unsolicited comments twice on how she likes the refrigerator so far, so it really works.

I’ve had it for about 6 months and it’s been working great. I barely got a red light indicating to change out the filter for the ice maker.

Love all the room and more door space. Meat tray is awesome and 2 fruit and vegetable draws. Can find things in freezer so much easier.

Good refrigerator, but obly issue is that it was bent in one corner. But still works good.

So love my refrigerator now that they replaced it since the other one was making weird noises from the bottom of the fridge.

I love the space inside the refrigerator. The ability to open either side of the french door with it’s retractable magnetic seal. The water filter is fabulous! I am incredibly happy with my beautiful new Samsung fridge.

They delivered it in 2days. And offered to take the doors off and being inside and set it up. Nicest delivery men

Don’t buy it. 46 days after purchase, our fridge broke down completely. Samsung serviced it days later and told us the wrong pipe was installed and the coolant gas had leaked. Best Buy would not allow us to return it. Samsung offered us a $1470 credit but we had to order a new fridge from their website. They only offer about 3 fridges for delivery to our area and they are all in the $2500-3000 range. We are really upset and have basically lost over $1400 because we can’t afford to buy a new fridge from the Samsung website with their coupon. Best Buy don’t participate in Samsung’s retail program where you can get a new fridge in our area (SF Bay Area). Absolutely disgusting customer service from both companies. We agreed we will not take a risk and make a large purchase like this ever again from either company. We are new homeowners and this is a big financial hit.
