Product looks even better in our kitchen than we imagined. Lots of storage space.

Looks nice, but it's a low budget fridge. French doors were misaligned with large gap at the top and small gap at the bottom. And like similar budget fridges, there is no way to adjust top to bottom gap. After multiple calls and hours of hold times with Best Buy, I finally got someone who had a clue and they offered me $450 to just suck it up. The ice maker is terrible too, as others have reported. It produces cloudy ice with frozen freezer burn fragments that is both unattractive and bad tasting. Get used to rinsing your ice in clean water after every dispense.

Overall this is a good looking fridge beside one big issue. In less than 2 years of owning this fridge, the icemaker stopped making ice. Not sure why? To prevent further damage, i have turned off the icemaking process. There is no leakage but I can’t figure out why the fridge randomly one day stopped making ice. I am in limbo what to do? Any help from Best Buy or Samsung will be appreciated.

Love this refrigerator. Spacious, fits our cutout perfectly. Installers were wonderful! We are very happy with our refrigerator and the customer service we received.

Do not recommend the second we plugged it in. There was an error code would not even turn on. We had to return the fridge and buy a GE.

After 2 years of use and changing the filter as instructed it has completely stopped dispensing ice. A product priced over $2k should give you more than 2 years of usage. The ice maker went out just after the warranty was up which is always a great sign.

The worst experience I've ever had. Refrigerator was damaged and had been painted to try to conceal damaged area then sold to me as new. I will never do business with the best buy store in Citrus Heights ever again. Please investigate this location and the warehouse that supports this store and any other stores. Im still considering legalactions as well as calling the better business bureau.

This refrigerator was not cheap, but, you get what you pay for - if you want quality, you just have to pay higher prices but I did feel this was on the pricey side. What I love about this unit is that it does have the built-in water dispenser and ice dispenser up front, and a very large freezer and it really has a large capacity (part of the high price). It does need to be wiped down, so it's not necessarily smudge-free or anything, so just be prepared to wipe it down more frequently, as it is not resistant to those smudges and whatnot. The ice maker does its thing, and every now and then you hear it, but nothing so loud and disturbing one couldn't stand it. Overall, it is a very quiet unit, and gives the kitchen a beautiful look. We love the large capacity, and cold water that comes out the dispenser and it's really convenient. Overall, satisfied with the purchase and we feel it's going to last a long time! I would definitely recommend it to others where this falls in their budget.

First time having a Samsung major appliance. Like it so far. Sturdy construction, solidly built. Doors and drawers feels like a commercial fridge. Went from side by side to French door. Was nervous at first getting this configuration but really like it now since it can accommodate larger items. The greater field of view means less items get lost in the back of fridge. Cools quickly and no cold spots like my previous fridge. Stainless finish resists fingerprints well. Runs quiet with occasional thumping sounds from ice machine but that's expected. Two minor negatives to say. 1. The owner's manual is minimally helpful at best. Wanted to know how to change temperature settings out of the box but couldn't. The controls are locked by default. Was troubleshooting this a good 30 minutes thinking I got a defective fridge. They should tell you this up front in the beginning. 2. Water dispenser took over 30 minutes to fill. My water line comes out from a reverse osmosis filter system so the low water pressure from the filter probably delayed it longer.

The Samsung refrigerator has plenty of room, is very quiet and the fingerprint resistant stainless steel is beautiful. Both the refrigerator and freezer cooled off very quickly. The water and ice dispenser have worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this appliance.

I love this fridge, it is quiet, easy to operate (you will want to keep the manual for reference on some of the operations). Easy to install, we had to remove the doors and front face of the drawer to get it through the door and it was easy to take apart and put back together. Cooled quickly, very bright light, great shelves internally and on the doors...the only reason I gave it 4 stars is the water dispenser has a tendency to drip a little after dispensing and the leak guard is not sufficient so I purchased drip catchers on Amazon!

The design of the Fridge is very beautiful. We love the black stainless color. There are a few things that cause us to rate this as a 4 star. The fridge is much louder that our previous. When it makes ice it is much louder than our GE. And when it dispenses the ice it is also louder. When the coolant kicks on it is super loud depending on where you are in the house. The space is great. The drawers will come off track if you pull too hard. Much easier than our GE. Over all we love it. It is taking some time to get used.

Great design and appearance, Plenty of refrigerator space, quickly cooled down to appropriate temperatures, ice maker and water dispenser work well, ease of use. Only complaint is no light on the water dispenser making it challenging to see water stream when using at night. Also balancing feet designed such that they prevent wheels from resting on floor. As a result, we found the only way to get wheels to rest on floor and allow to move the refrigerator was to remove the balancing feet, which exposed screws very close to floor level. We had to be very conscious of the exposed screws so as to not scratch our floors when moving. Not sure if this is design flaw or our refrigerator wheels/feet were assembled incorrectly

Have had the fridge for nearly a month now and it works immaculately. Lots of fridge/freezer space, rapid cooling functions are understated and the ice machine is fairly quiet when it kicks on and the fridge makes little noise in general. Happy with thr purchase and would recommend.

What can I say about a refrigerator? First the climate controls are fantastic. Storage is amazing, and being able to easily move shelves up and down adds to it The freezer drawer is honestly great. Only nit pick there is how far it comes out (could be extended more for the average person) Two biggest complaints (which are tiny things): The water dispenser does not work if you open the other door while pouring. The water dispenser also has a tendency of dripping once or twice after using it, creating a cute drool pattern on the door that requires cleaning fairly often.

This off this is not a bad fridge but it has some pros and cons that i have seen already even after a short ownership Pro - low cost design looks nice very spacious interior Easy to setup Con- no light on the in door water makes it harder to get water at night in a dark kitchen the default rack locations on the inside have no real good options to give you a gallon of milk or 2 liter bottle location without making a bunch of really small shelves or not using all your shelves the top shelf is 1 long shelf that does not fit anywhere else the controls are confusing having to unlock them each time you want to make changes. overall this is still a new purchase for me and i will update this review asi have had more time with it but i generally recommend it if the cons seem like stuff you can live with to get a French door unit with water in the door
