Love the fridge! The space is outstanding! Going from a side by side to this is the best decision we made. The freezer space is awesome as well! My only complaint is the ice maker. When it spits out ice there ice shrapnel flying everywhere. We actually make it a point to use wide mouth glasses to avoid having to wipe up the mess.

We bought this frig in June 2020 and it has worked great. It has plenty of storage space and the shelves can be repositioned. Three crispers. Large holders on the door for milk cartons, condiments, and we store our refrigerated meds. If a door is opened while getting ice, the ice cube or crusher dispenser stops; a good feature. I like the digital temperature settings on the inside and the extra shelf in the freezer. If the frig or freezer is kept open too long a beep sounds; then if not closed promptly the lights inside begin to flash. The only issue is the ice maker makes odd noises; one sounds like someone is at the front door. Overall it is a fantastic refrigerator!

This refrigerator I have absolutely no complaint on, ours went out Christmas day we had to make an immediate purchase we did a lot of looking online and a lot of comparison and came up with this one. Absolutely 100% happy with it. If I wanted to complain I have one complaint there is no light by the front water dispenser. And I guess if large ice cubes are important to you this one only has small to medium cubes. Otherwise it is very lit up inside plenty of storage room in the refrigerator section as well as the freezer section. You do not hear the compressor run it is very very quiet. I can’t say enough good things about it I usually do not write reviews on most items but I always like to read others reviews so I thought I better help everyone out .who is thinking about buying the Samsung for $2100. We compared it to refrigerators twice the amount of money and they are no different than this one for half the price.

So many fridges these days have "smart" functionality that I find to be ridiculous. Since when did "knocking" on the door become that much easier than opening it? And I can't imagine the electric use to be all that high just opening a refrigerator door. Thankfully, this model has none of that nonsense. Great sized fridge, with plenty of space for well...everything. Only complaint I have is that there's really only one rack that's adjustable due to the shape of the fridge on the inside. Very minor complaint, but worth noting. Your milk is definitely going on the middle shelf, and you pretty much only have one adjustment option to make that work.

Love the fridge tons of space easy configuration for food storage My HUGE pet peeve is that the right fridge door does not stay open. If you want to just look in your fridge for a moment you have to hold it wide. If you want to put groceries away or a large platter or even just turn to the counter for anything to put in the fridge…that door will close on you. It’s driving our entire family mad. Haven’t dealt with any ice issues yet but I’m on the look out.

I like the style and the size. It holds a lot in the freezer and in the fridge. I wish the water/ice dispenser had a light so I could see when I'm using it. Overall, it's exactly what I wanted.

Quie running. Huge storage that fits inn a smaller space. We got this on sale so paid less than list price. But even at list price it was a steal Never thought I would buy a refrigerator at an electronics store but even during pandemic it was excellent experience.

It's not the top-of-the-line Samsung fridge but it's very good. It's roomy and well constructed. The exterior really is fingerprint resistant. I'm knocking off one star because the ice-maker is just average. The tray doesn't hold much ice and it doesn't make ice very quickly. Also, the crushed ice dispenser takes forever to fill a glass with crushed ice. I now buy a bag of ice at the grocery store because I know I'll run out if I have guests. Other than that, great.

I love our new fridge. It’s huge compared to others I seen. Shelves are thin but durable. Plenty of room for our food since I have a family of 8. Ice maker and water dispenser is an extra bonus. And believe it or not the freezer is big as well. Even though the drawer makes it look small it’s actually a great size. I really love stainless steel appliances but I didn’t realize how easy fingerprints show up on them. That’s my only downfall about this.

Love this refrigerator! It’s spacious has a great design and is very quiet and the ice/water dispenser is a clever design. The shelves are much sturdier than many others out there.

Plenty of freezer space with the 2 drawer option. The inside fridge is roomie enough to fit most things effortlessly. My only complaint is that the ice is messy coming out. It shoots ice pieces out that miss the glass and fall on the floor unless the mouth of the cup is touching the ice maker. Otherwise, I love this fridge.

There’s a lot that I like about this fridge. It replaced the old Samsung fridge that was in my house when I bought it. It opens and closes much easier. It has plenty enough storage spaces for my household. My only complaint is that the water dispenser and crushed ice dispenser both drip for a while after being used. Not an issue with cubed ice, though. I also find that if I use the water dispenser and switch to cubed ice right when I finish, it doesn’t keep dripping. But I do feel like that shouldn’t be an issue at all for a brand new $2000 product.

This frig is so spacious and easy to organize. Love the fingerprint resistant finish. No drip tray for the water dispenser, but so far it does not leak or drip at all. We are very happy with this refrigerator.

Our old one was dying and we needed one fast. The ice maker issues worried me, but so far, other than being really slow, it's been ok. LOVE the bottom door freezer, I absolutely hated our side by side for 23 years! Extra space is great. Price was reduced afterwards so I got a refund - one of the main reasons I went to best buy. Also a total tech member so have some coverage on it, too.

Great refrigerator. Size, color and capacity are just a correct fit for our new kitchen. Easy to clean. We love it.

I love this refrigerator. It has tons of space top and in the bottom freezer. The icemaker is kind of in a weird place but you get used to it. The only thing i really think is strange is how noisy the fridge/freezer/icemaker is. Not a deal breaker though.

Replaced our Whirlpool French Door refrigerator with this Samsung French Door refrigerator. We've had it for over two months now, and are very happy with everything from performance to its capacity. Ice maker works quickly, and with a more than adequate capacity. As they state, the stainless steel finish is definitely fingerprint proof. No regrets with this purchase.

Great price when we bought it! Rarely have to wipe it down only the occasional dust. Doesn't leave any fingerprints either. Plus! Roomy inside and the freezer as well.

Great fridge, overall nice space The gasket inside the fridge where the ice comes out the chute was bent when we unpacked it so unfortunately it had to be removed otherwise when you open that side it was shooting ice everywhere Nice finish- however can’t find replacement paint for it anywhere so if it gets worn off or chipped there will be noticeable wear/tear

I was hoping to be blown away by this refrigerator, but unfortunately, I cannot say that was the case. It is a great refrigerator, but nothing beyond average. It is shiny, sleek, modern, etc. For almost $2200, it does leave some to be desired. Pros: - All around cooling seems quite effective - Energy Star certified - LED lighting is bright and effective Cons: - No lighting on the external water/ice dispenser - Interior shelving is adjustable, but not that many options for adjustment - External water dispenser does not dispense water at a very cold temperature. Owner manual states that it will be at the temperature that the refrigerator is set for, which seems accurate, but would prefer it colder - External dispenser does not operate if the opposite door is open - Icemaker has been unreliable - Floor adjustment knobs not easy to move to adjust the height of the refrigerator for leveling Overall, I am happy with the refrigerator. I hope that it lasts. Would have expected the features to be better or more robust for the cost. I would probably still recommend it, but with the caveat of exploring other options first.
