We originally bought the 32 cu. ft. the same model for our kitchen last year and when we remodeled we wanted to be Counter Depth to match out kitchen design. We were so happy that we found this one very close to our original one. The other models that have water system in their door takes a lot of space and we were happy to not have it so we can use the space for our food.

Happy with the size and layout. It’s nice having two different size ice cubs that you can set it have one or both sizes.

The fridge is fine, though it makes low droning noises. The installation, to our surprise, included the announcement from the delivery person that he couldn't install the kit used for the ice maker, due to water line issues. This was new to us, and quite disappointing!

This is my initial review. Today, our new refrigerator was delivered. The install went fine. The two techs that brought the refrigerator in shut off the water linevto connect to the new one. The delivery men did a great job. The service department who helped us with this purchase and set up of the delivery did a great job. The refrigerator looks great. The service techs did awesome with the set. So far so good!

Very nice looking and operates very well. Love the ice make. Two different sizes of ice cubes.

Good customer service. Good price. I really love the space and layout of the fridge. And the dual ice maker. But when I connected the refrigerator water line, the Refrigerator filter connection sprayed water all over the inside of the fridge. I would recommend the fridge if it didn’t have a bad filter connection.

Bought this for our rental. We have bought five samsung of these in the past 7 years and have had no major problems at all. I can say the ice maker is slow in making new ice and the drawers in freezer are a little funky at times but durability and look is a great combo. The 27 cu ft and the counter depth is great. The cleaning is easy as as well with no fingerprint issue . i recommend

Delivered damaged but Best Buy fixed right away. Great service. Fridge works well and I like the double doors. Holds more food than ever expected. Should have purchased one with water dispenser and not Two kinds of ice. Freezer seems a bit small since the ice trays take up space.

The fridge is holding up well. It fits the space nicely. I wasn't too sure it would fit but the instore rep downsized it to fit my space. The inside is spacious; however, the freezer is a little smaller than I had before. It's a bit too soon to give an in-depth review, but I'll update as needed in a future review.

Great fridge. Like the features and the price. Plenty of storage and the print resistant stainless is a plus.

Dual ice function is great! Space is very good. Only downside is no water option.

Very spacious , easy to clean , we’ve had it for a while now and no issues. Love that you can connect your phone and get notifications if the door is left open, perfect if you have kids, who open the door.

I have the older model of this refrigerator in my garage and this one was an upgrade for the one in our house so far so good

Great looking refrigerator, efficient and spacious.

The refrigerator is working fine but there were no instructions on how to change the temperature in the frig. and the freezer. Nor did the installers explain. The online manual and the hard copy I received did not explain how to change the temperature or what was recommended.

We got this refrigerator in the counter depth size. Love the sleek design. We especially love fhe dual ice maker, the tiny ice cubes are our favorite! Haven’t had any issues so far!

2 months old and stopped cooling, Samsung tech broke coolant lint trying to repair. Samsung claims no replacement available will only credit purchase price, not replacement cost. Replacement through Best Buy of same refrigerator now costs additional $100. Samsung completely useless in customer service. Best Buy unable to do anything due to Samsung causing damage. So disappointing in every way

We are loving this new fridge! The cubic footage is similar to the 15-yo Samsung we replaced, but without through-the-door water and ice and frankly, we're happy without those! There is more space in the door pockets and with a shallower 'box' we're able to see all the food we have! That means in the last 2-3 weeks we've actually eaten more of the food in time and thrown less away. And our daughter who visited over the weekend thought the new ice shapes were cute. We value the non-crushed ice in the new ice maker as it no longer has chips of plastic in it!
