Broke with less than a year and No good support

I have contact Samsung, a technician came to evaluate and said a new ice maker would be needed. No answer from technical support. Samsung proposed to replace the refrigerator, I accepted, but than they rejected it. Another ticket has been created and I am currently waiting to schedule another technician to come and evaluate. This has been almost 2 months. Completely disappointed with Samsung service, it is a complete disrespect with the customer. Please do yourself a favor, save a lot of headache and don’t buy this poor quality tentative of refrigerator.
