I like the freezer size and overall size. Negatives are that the ice maker helix cracked... I've had it less than 2 years but unfortunately its past warranty. The ice maker performance was sub-part to begin with... ice almost always come out a mixture of crushed and whole. And yes I tried defrosting and removing excess ice from it several times. Only reason I wouldn't recommend is that spending this much on a refrigerator I'd expect a quality ice maker.

I’ve bought this fridge 3 years ago, and it’s been working perfectly, no complaints so far. I prefer fridges with fridge French doors and the freezer at the lower level of the fridge. It optimizes more of my grocery, which is great. Strongly recommend if you ar looking for a new fridge.

I was impressed with the installation and setup guys very knowledgeable and helpful. The ice maker needed to be primed which we didn’t know and now it works fine with the occasional drip, but you need a big glass or the chips and cubes fly out all over the place. Hope the Samsung works longer than the LG did

I have only had my fridge for a month but I love it. Plenty of room inside and quiet. The water in our area is not very tasty but with the water filter in the dispenser the water tastes great!! The ice bin is small but is great for us and it leaves more room in the freezer drawer. All in all I would recommend this fridge and the set up and delivery was quick and the delivery men were very efficient, friendly but professional. Great over all experience.

Love this fridge, quiet, plenty of space. If the door is left opened it starts beeping after some moments so you can’t miss it.

Loving it! The delivery team was awesome! And the refrigerator is great! The design seems to give more storage room in the fridge and the freezer. Makes it easier to find items easily! Love the deli drawer too! Worth the wait for it to be back in stock!

We are very pleased with this purchase. Plenty of room plus it can fit a large pizza on its shelve. Well built so far very dependable, the external water and ice is a real plus water is dispensed chilled. I suppose the only negative is the bottom drawer over the freezer door runs the whole length of the unit so both doors must be open to access content. Other than that 5 Stars.

Great fridge, although I do find the ice maker to be poor quality, as this is the 2nd time I’ve had to contact GeekSquad to fix my ice maker (thankfully I got the 3 year warranty). Not sure if it’s a common issue but it’s worth nothing. Besides that really nice fridge, no other complaints!
