This refrigerator has been great so far and very efficient. We are pleased with the purchase overall. The only dissapointment is no light in the water dispenser bay. I don't see how Samsung or anyone would design a fridge without a light here.

Great buy for the money and I got free delivery. Lots of space and water filter makes drinking water and getting ice from the ICEBOX now feel safe. Excellent customer service by the Best Buy Delivery Guys! Shout out to the Best Buy Delivery Guys, You the Best!

This fridge holds a deceiving amount of food! I have always loved french door fridges, but i habe noticed that sometimes the water filter in them blocks space for storage - this is not the case here. This fridge, as a result, has a lot of storage space. The ice maker is quick to re-create ice.

So far, so good! We purchased this fridge and then we heard a lot of bad stories about the ice maker. Everyone said that the ice maker will stop working it is just a matter of time. Because of this, we went ahead and purchased the warranty.

Perfectly meets our needs. We had an open box purchase, which led to some installation difficulties, we got it all worked out with Best Buy and Geek Squad.

Overall a Good Fridge. The inside looks clean because of the clear shelving and the filter is an added plus. Two people home and have not ran out of ice yet, was a little worried about leaking from the water dispenser when first installed but after flushing air out by running the water and allowing time to cool (24hrs) I have not had any leaking since

The refrigerator is worth every penny. It cools everything evenly and the freezer is powerful. Ours came with two little dents but they’re hardly noticeable and I kind of wish we could change out the LED light in the fridge to be a little brighter. Overall, great!

Items on the door do not get that cold even though the fridge is set to a colder than recommended temperature. In addition, the freezer, with the seal intact, always creates a small layer of frost on all of the products - I've never had this happen before. Lastly and this is a little silly but the ice/water dispenser does not have a light... like what?! I've never seen one without one... like how cheap on Samsung's part.

Great fridge overall ... love the adjustable shelves and that we can store gallons of milk in the door ... the only downfall as that there is no light where the ice/water dispenses ... and you can’t get ice not through the door dispenser

So far we are happy with our new fridge... It's beautiful compared to our old white one and matches our other stainless steel appliances! Plenty of room and easy to access everything! Love it

Overall this is a pretty good product but the ice maker is a joke. It is very loud when it drops ice into the tray, dispenses ice very slow, and does not do a very good job on crushed ice. The ice maker in our 20 old Kenmore refrigerator was far better. I would give a much higher rating if it was not for the ice maker.

I really like the space in my new fridge and the outside really doesn't show fingerprints as advertised! The only bad thing is that it is now on sale for less than i purchased it for.

We've had this fridge for a little over a month and it's working great! I love the ice maker/water dispenser, especially having 2 options for ice (crushed vs cubed). I also like the redesign of the pantry drawer, we had an older model before this and the drawer constantly got stuck or came off the track. This one slides in and out easily! There is a lot of room inside both the fridge and freezer and I love having the bottom freezer. I feel like it uses less energy to keep things frozen. The Geek Squad delivery of this was top notch. My house is a new build and the guys delivering this carried this 300+ lb fridge in without dragging it across the floor! I thought they went above and beyond to ensure our hardwood floors didn't get scratched. My only complaint was that when we went to purchase this on Black Friday 2020, we had to settle for this fridge, which was more expensive than our original choices because it was all they had available to order. So we essentially paid more for less fridge. We also had to wait a few weeks for delivery. I know that due to COVID there is a reduced supply and delays with delivery though.

I really love the spaciousness of this fridge and how easy it is to change the shelf positions. The only thing I would improve is that a couple of the shelves on my old fridge could slide and I wish this one had that too.

I really like this refrigerator, its sleek finish, leaves no fingerprints. Ice maker is very quiet, inside is roomy with space for veggies, door shelving and spacious freezer.
